This and Dunn's Transmission are one of the best assets there are. There aren't too many small shops you find in every town and these are just fabulous! Thank you!

@janisjan85 you can tell if an asset is growable if it says "commercial" "residential" "industrial" "office" on the top right side.

I love your creations Leno I'm subscribed too every one of them. However this range the last 6 that you have added have been outstanding a fresh change from the common workshop high density CBD focesed buildings. I seem to enjoy the low density game and these are the perfect assets for any low value low density subarb 10/10.
Please keep them coming at this speedy rate that you have been doing lately I'm sure im not alone in saying this they have to be amoung some of the best on the workshop.
