+ Added Friendly NPCs
+ Reworked the AI of all the NPCs
+ NPCs now patrol when not in combat
+ Grunts and Shotgunners now have 75 Health and good accuracy.
+ Elites now have 100 Health and very good accuracy.
+ Added Spawn Icons

@ForbidAn45, The first few on the rooftop are reskinned citizens but in the other city map, those are models from my Citizens+ Part 1 and 2 Mods.

No, these models were made by the Missing Information team, not by Valve. The 2003 leak uses the retail models.

Im happy with the outcome but I do have one complaint. Can you move them to the combines tab? Sorry, I don't mean to bother you after you made this but it would help with reducing clutter.
