You only really need to watch the first 17 minutes or so to understand how to make a simple car with a lightbar

And when you start to get into it you will have to type the name of the lightbar and you will just type Federal Signal Vision like this:

Thank christ someone finally did this, I was getting tired of having to rig my own lighting to make the vision work. Good job by the way.
