I had some thoughts about making it as a badge item. But I'm not sure if it will be possible to find the source files of this item :(
If I ever get back to it and find the files, I'll make a SFM version for you.

I'd prefer it as a badge, hat, or neck item. Or like the Librarian said, a Medic weapon would be cool, but since the syringe was a neglected beta weapon, it's unlikely to make it in. Any chance to see this on the Source Filmmaker workshop?

Actually, it could be a medic melee weapon that heals allies on hit for 10% health per second for 5 seconds, but it'd poison enemies on hit for 10% damage per second for 5 seconds.
Chocolate for anyone who gets the reference to an older game of the same name.

Ideas: 1. This can and might be a interesting melee item 2. There has to be a affect when you hit someone 3. When you hit them make it like jarate only it screws with there moving and does damage in the process 4. Love it 5. When you stab them where ever you hit them it gets stuck in them example: I stab a heavy/ect. In the head it gets stuck in the heavys head 5. Im out of good ideas

It's so dumb, but in such a wonderful way that many of the best misc items are. The model looks great! The paintable liquid is a really nice touch. I do agree that different styles would be neat but otherwise I think this is a great item. Well done!
