Phong reduced one last time, if I go any further it'll be too matte for TF2.
Redoing the paint example pictures now.

I like the changes :) I really hope this gets put in game! I would totally use it.

Done, screenshots updated except for paints because that's like an hour worth of tedious work, so I'll put if off until I get feedback from you guys.

Hat was brought down low, tried pushing it back on the head but felt it looked silly so went toward the brow instead, it's as low as it can go without covering the eyes or clipping with the top of the Spy's head, which is pointy for some reason.

Well with multiple suggestions to adjust the position I guess I don't have an excuse, doing that now, will also soften the reflections

A bit father down on the head and I like the colour when it is the full hat with a black band. Great job!

Looks great, I can tell you put a lot of effort into this.

I like the shape but the position on the head looks a bit off to me, maybe try to change that (rotate backwards and move down so that it's closer to the ears). And it also looks a bit too glossy. Try to tweak the phong/specular map.

I went for a taller design with a thinner brim, I realize now that specific design choice was probably inspired directly by the Fancy Fedora.

So personally I think it's sitting alright, thanks for the suggestion though, I'm always willing to listen to critique.
