Oh that'll definitely be the cause. Those make edits to all the same files. What you want is a font mod that doesn't use interface files. I just happen to have made one a couple patches ago :-). You can find it in my collection.

It may be cause I have a mod changing the fonts (Stellaris UI font - Large tooltips)

Odd. I get this . That's with this mod, Bigger UI and Extended Timeline. Are you using any other mods?

Still seems like it's not working. I can see the icons that belongs to ET on the banners, but the icons for the buildings are missing

Just now got around to a little testing. It may have been my fault all along. I keep forgetting that packaging for dropbox, the descriptor file needs to be a little different compared to the steam upload. If you please, delete what you downloaded before and download the updated v 1.28 from dropbox.

Just tried, but didn't work. The layout is still the same.
I did rename also your file from macrobuildinterface_override_override.gui to macrobuildinterface_override.gui

That would be because practically any mod that changes font types or sizes in the interface windows (such as the macrobuilder) edit the exact same files as any other mod that changes any aspect of the same interface window.

Extremely quick (and not 100% sure it'll work) fix: open the zipfile for my mod and add the following file [www.dropbox.com] to the folder "interface" inside. I'm assuming it will take priority over all other mods. However, disclaimer, I think it will use vanilla font.
