Ok, so none of the individual faction mods work, that makes more sense. (on the plus side, becuase of this glitch, I got the "Presistent Archaeologist" achievement).

I recommend you just download the galaxy at war mod, i just uploaded these because i couldnt seem to get them to work, these are just sorta here as a placer holder and im too lazy to remove them so yeah.

It would seem there is a game breaking issue with this faction. If I play as them, they start off by controlling the entire galaxy/map... with no other factions showing up. The only time they don't control the entire map, is if I play as another faction, but then, they control everywhere else... (It does not seem to matter whether or not I have the Galaxy at war module turned on or not). Even other galaxy at war factions won't spawn.
