Thanks for the advice I just know I can make a tank, but I just want to make it right.

also remember you can't be perfectly accurate just due to the nature of blocks, as well as player proportions/minifig design not matching actual human proportions

like what issues

honestly my first car was a plate with two guns and a horn

I just kept making whatever I felt like and improving as I went

im making the Black Prince and so far I cannot build a good chassis. I am currently disecting Grouchy's Churchill IV and I am trying to make it somewhat historically accurate. How do you tank makers overcome these issues a "Noob" like me experiences and to be fair the only other vehicle I have made was an aircraft tug. Im probably not fit for making tanks.

I have this setup the same as before tank driving mode was added honestly - I have a couple rows of front wheels have a few degrees of steering, its not very noticable and it works. I only messed with it for a few minutes but as having problems with it

The paired tiny wheels. When selecting 'tank drive' mode on the engine, they don't work like on other axles. I think it's because it tries to steer both wheels indipendently in different directions, instead of both pairs together.

I tried using a similar wheel setup but it conflicts with the tank driving system.
How did you solve this?
