I wanted to let you know that I'll be releasing a base of my own ("BA_Prefab_Tier1_Alt4") which was greatly inspired by this design. I built it from scratch, but you can tell that I borrowed some looks and style elements. It's bigger than this, though: Mine is mostly Cement and has 410 blocks, while this is mostly Wood and has only 131 blocks.

I like this design. The resource requirements are incredibly low. And it makes do with limited space with clever tricks, like cargo containers in the floor and the Generator and Constructor in the wall. Also, the architecture is stylish. CON: This is no longer Airtight. They changed the game so the ground is not Airtight. And since the Constructor and O2 Station are not Airtight, either, and there's no floor under them...
