Figured lots of people would ask how to install voice, might as well post it here.

1) Download and extract the file in description.
2) Locate this folder >>>>> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\survivor\voice
3) Copy out the "producer" file then replace it with the "producer file you downloaded.
4) Launch L4D2 and open your console (if you don't know how, go google it). Then type "snd_rebuildaudiocache" without the quotes and wait for 10-15minutes.
5) After the console pops up again, type "quit" again without quotes.
6) Relaunch game and enjoy.

Sidenote to author : The gloves have some missing texture like feeling (the purple and black checkered box) when gets vomitted on by a boomer.
