Tbh, I'm not sure on the change for the littleboy's explosion sound delay. I was just asking if it was something from the original addon. I would suggest changing it back to keep it as how it was originally, but it's your choice. (also the timers at lines 204 and 211 should've stayed at 2)

Your errors are from another addon. Please try deleting all other versions of GBombs Base and only installing this one.

Nevermind, turns out the Disable Tinnitus remover addon I had messes with the Nuclear Bomb explosions and only those explosions

To add to that: I remember this delay always being in the mod, even the original. It may have been broken from the start (like a lot of other features). Thanks again :)

I stand corrected. I was fully convinced this was hardcoded into the audio file or somewhere but you're right. After removing the delay in the lua file it works like it should (delay when detonating from afar and no delay when detonating close by). Will be updating the addon tonight.

as i said before, it is not the sound travel.

I looked at the code and in gb5_nuclear_littleboy.lua at line 107 there is a 2 second timer for the explosion sound and shockwave, compared to the others which do it immediately.

is this supposed to be a kind of fix or was it in the original as well?

Yeah that's normal too. The sound travel is in the audio file itself, there is no code that checks how far the player is from the explosion so it will always have a few seconds delay.

This is normal behaviour for the little boy as light travels faster than sound :)

there is some weird delay between the explosion of the little boy and it playing the explosion sound. this is also seen with it not disappearing after exploding until the sound plays too.

can you add a feature so the explosions don't kill the players or push them and just make the explosions have no affects on players at all

As far as I know the field raper only did a certain spot on the map :( maybe it was an edited version of the addon which did that!

Does anybody remember the Field Raper (OP version) being able to make explosions across the entire map? I swear, I had one version of this addon and the Field Raper was able to do that.

Can you try reinstalling the addon and double checking if you don't have any older/other versions (by other users on Steam) installed? I've removed that line of code a while back so it shouldn't be giving errors. I'm also not experiencing any errors myself.

Got this when trying to use the exothermic bomb, endothermic bomb, anti-gravity bomb, hypersonic bomb, and supersonic bomb (I just pasted the exothermic LUA but they're all the same, when detonated nothing happens):

Do you have HL2 and CS:S installed? Sometimes that can be the issue. Otherwise try reinstalling the addon and materials. I don't experience any skin errors.

@FreakyMoose Can you check in your Garry's Mod settings that you're using the key assigned to "Use items (buttons, machines, ...)"?
Also, you have to stand pretty close for the bombs to arm. You'll hear a slight beepbeep when it's armed successfully.

If that doesn't work then please check if you don't have any other versions of GBombs 5 installed (from another user on the Workshop for example) and if you are subscribed to the materials. You can also try re-installing the addon.
