I don't think this works
Jorian Drake 19 Feb, 2023 @ 3:20pm
Thank You for updating the mod since 2017.
Gerishnakov 25 Oct, 2021 @ 5:31pm
@Grendain I've been using this mod non-stop since it was first published, and I've never had any issues.
Grendain 31 Jul, 2021 @ 4:56pm
Compatible with version 3 ?
Marvin 18 Sep, 2020 @ 6:14am

Churphy 9 Sep, 2020 @ 7:49pm
Okay thank!

@Wall-E Change the colors.txt file in stellaris common/colors folder. Feel free to take a look at the files from this mod to help figure things out. For generel stellaris modding, visit r/stellarismods on reddit.
Churphy 7 Sep, 2020 @ 7:12pm
One Question, how do you make Colors Mods?
Archereon 8 Jun, 2020 @ 2:17pm
As far as I can tell this works as is on 2.7.2, just ignore the warning.
Duke of Atlantis 8 May, 2020 @ 8:48pm
Many thanks! Please keep this alive :D
Doldrum 24 Mar, 2020 @ 9:27pm

Aaaah I figured it out!
Dr. Sperling  [author] 15 Nov, 2019 @ 9:15am
With the new stellaris launcher I have literally no idea how I'm supposed to update my mods. seems to always throw an error.
Cwelobrine 9 Oct, 2019 @ 2:25pm

john.zorg 6 Jun, 2019 @ 11:43am
<3 thx!
Dr. Sperling  [author] 6 Jun, 2019 @ 10:32am
There will.
john.zorg 4 Jun, 2019 @ 1:24pm
will there be a 2.3 update?
Dr. Sperling  [author] 28 May, 2018 @ 7:20am
updated.
Fellow Human 23 May, 2018 @ 11:01am
It would be awesome if the author updated the mod
JT Jag 22 May, 2018 @ 7:12am
Well, 2.1 broke everything. Haven't started a new game but I'm guessing that this is still compatible and it just hasn't been updated to give the clear sign.
MagnusEffect 24 Feb, 2018 @ 10:03pm
Thank you for the update!
Krahe 23 Feb, 2018 @ 4:20pm
Could you update your work to 2.0? Thanks in advance
Sevurai 22 Feb, 2018 @ 8:16pm
Yes it does.
TehF0cus 22 Feb, 2018 @ 2:55pm
Does it still work in 2.0?
Staren 10 Dec, 2017 @ 10:46pm
Actually I accidentally left another color mod on, it works fine now... although I'm still running 1.8 to finish up savegames.
Dr. Sperling  [author] 9 Dec, 2017 @ 4:10pm
I know, the 1.9 patch messed up the scaling, and I have no idea why. I'm stil trying to figure it out
Staren 9 Dec, 2017 @ 2:31pm
The color swatches are so tiny!
Baron Porkface 18 Nov, 2017 @ 3:24am
I think this mod is causing my empires sigil and colors to change.
Röhrio 9 Oct, 2017 @ 11:48am
Hey. Me and my brother tried to play Stellaris multiple times. We tried to deactivate mod after mod, and it seems that this mod caused Out of syncs. Not every colour thou. We played with a fraction with the white colour, it worked. But brown, it seems, has some problems.
James009 24 Sep, 2017 @ 1:20pm
Thanks for updating!
Lugzan 12 Jul, 2017 @ 2:34pm
works with the 1.7.4v
Dr. Sperling  [author] 3 Jul, 2017 @ 9:53am
@CharlesTheBRO

I haven't checked, but I'm assuming it works the same as the original mod.
CharlesTheBRO 5 Jun, 2017 @ 7:36am
can i get acheivemnts if i download this mod?
facciola007 28 May, 2017 @ 5:25pm
Cool how is the mod working as of today?
Cpl.geckell 8 May, 2017 @ 11:24am
Yeah, I figured that out myself, and I tried fiddling with it but can't get it to work. I think the ringworld color are actually tied to the color of your empires default ship type, like fungoid getting green, mamalian getting blue and so on. I have no idea why, probably because Paradox kept the scanners the same even if the empire and ship colors change, but maybe that helps you
Dr. Sperling  [author] 8 May, 2017 @ 10:21am
ring worlds havent been updated to work with empire lights it seems and still use the pre-1.5 graphics. However, ring worlds under construction do use empire colors.
Cpl.geckell 12 Apr, 2017 @ 11:36pm
Are the colors compatible with ringworld lights?
Dr. Sperling  [author] 10 Apr, 2017 @ 7:00am
@Rodi its ironman compatible afaik, if you mean multiplayer compatible as in you can play with people who dont have the mod, then no.
Keyalith 9 Apr, 2017 @ 6:27pm
Love it , thanks man
Rodi 9 Apr, 2017 @ 1:45pm
I assume this isnt achievement and multiplayer compatible?
Cheeki 9 Apr, 2017 @ 5:39am
Thanks for the update). But I think black is not very black. Not enough brightness. I deleted the other color mods and enable this one. By default, all the flags were black. Here is an example, the left part of the flag is your black, and on the right by default. http://imgur.com/B6Ybx4I
Dr. Sperling  [author] 9 Apr, 2017 @ 12:35am
I've updated the colors, should look much better now. (I must admit tho, I've never been a fan of bright colors and almost exclusively use dark oranges and blues for my empires so, being the thorough person that I am, I never noticed the hue and saturation being way off. Sorry for that)
Dr. Sperling  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 1:48pm
@ I'm sitting on the colors right now, adjusting the vanilla colors and working on the new ones.
Meltup 8 Apr, 2017 @ 1:46pm
Oh :nlaNao:
Dr. Sperling  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 1:45pm
@Meltup it's because I didnt take the new ship color ids from the vanilla file but took the map values, which are much dimmer.
Dr. Sperling  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 12:51pm
Na they do work, but the reds and yellows work much better than the greens and blues. II think I'll have to play around with the values a bit, seems the game desaturates the colors on the ships by a big margin.
Meltup 8 Apr, 2017 @ 12:17pm
@Fisherino Yeah but thing is that mod screws even vanilla colors. And that is definately strange.
Fisherino 8 Apr, 2017 @ 12:12pm
I'm pretty sure ship colors are only compatible with vanilla colors in 1.5. You'd have to find a way to add new ship color variants that match your new colors.
Dr. Sperling  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 12:00pm
Huh, thats weird. I'll look into it.
Cheeki 8 Apr, 2017 @ 10:58am
Yes. The ships colors are not working :(
