@JammyOldChap Each rule is included in the dyson spheres files. For something simple like stars, the easiest way would be to delete or comment out (using the # before each line) the relevant section, such as the tooptip related to black holes or no binary or trinary stars.

Sorry folks, been away from Stellaris a fair while! I'll likely get around to updating it next time I jump back in, but I don't know when that will be. In the meantime there are likely other mods with similar functionality to this one already out there.

@Armedwithpuns You can as long as they are different megastructures, The order should be fine, I have used Gigastructures with this and haven't had any issues.

hey can we build multiple megastructures around the same body? (as in habitat, then like strip mine or something? also should I load this before or after gigastructural engineering?

@Overlord Generally yes, I've used both previously, though you might encounter some issues with Gigastructural Engineering's structures not being affected by this mods however.

The message is only shown when i want to start a new mega structure. Individual upgrades are not limited
But like earlier said this only happens when i'm already upgrading 4+ ring world sections (the last upgrade before colonization becomes an option)

@Soul--Reaver So the message saying that is due to a separate empire modifier which limits the number of building megastructures at a time overall, which I haven't altered. Usually this is increased by unity edicts and the megastructural engineering perk. Next time I update it i'll add in a modifier or such that increases it, or to minimise the number of files have it so for every structure completed the max goes up by 1, ie more you have more you can build at a time. If its upgrading sections specifically, then i'll have a look to seeing what might be doing it.

@Chunkinator It works with 2.7 now from testing, just waiting to see if any other issues pop up before I push it to say 2.7 compatibility. Def can do 3 dyson spheres in a trinary at least, just tried it then

Not having this mod atm has made me realise it's like the most important stellaris mod there is, especially with gigastructures. I miss building 3 dyson spheres in a trinary system :(

Good luck trying to get it fixed, really hope you do, this mod deserves more subs

Getting the message i'm not allowed to build or upgrade more then 2 megastructures at the same time.
Only happens when i'm already upgrading 4 ring world sections at the same time. Any other way i don't run into this limitation while using this mod

Seems not to be working with 2.7 :/

Megastructure build options are mostly behaving normally (not more than one per system).

@Birb: Should work, but since files aren't updated new changes from last patch/DLC (like envoys from Interstellar Assembly) won't exist in the game (because they aren't in the MGS's files in the mod).

Moe Mod Compilation
Greetings, And thank you for the creation of this awesome mod! I love it and wish to keep playing with it. However I have a request. After the recent Megacorp update I feel as though the game went a poor direction design wise. Portrait sizes are to small and many other things. As such I am playing with version 2.1.3 before the update. If possible can I have access to the mod version that supports V 2.1.3? Heya, I fixed the ringworld problem. A lot of people were having it. Here's a link:

Feel free to grab everything there and credit me (or don't, that's fine too), and integrate it into your mod so that people can build nice, clean-looking ringworlds in those binary and trinary systems.

I have it set that you can, but as you said they face the centre. I tried figuring out a way around it but the only way i could see was custom ringworlds specifically for each type of binary/trinary system but would require an immense amount of work :(

Does this mod allow you to build multiple ringworlds in a binary/trinary system? If so, how did you get around the fact that ringworlds seem to always face the center of a system they're in? I've been fiddling around with it for some time now and I can't seem to get the segments to face the star they orbit rather than the one at the center of the whole system. I've been bashing my head on the keyboard for a while now to no avail.

Gigastructures should be fine, but improved megastructures and no megastructure limit will for sure not function with this one due to messing with the same files. I suggest picking one you like the most and using that, or potentially combine the files, sorry :( .

Well I have gigastructural engineering,. improved megastructures, no megastructure limit, and mega shipyard. And of course this mod. Additionally, I tried the override version and in that one the Dyson sphere just completely fucked off the construction window so that was a bit confusing. I personally have no clue what causes this, but if you want, I can disable them and check what's causing it.

@FreedomPuppy do you have any more info? are you using any other megastructure affecting mods? Currently the only situation that should cause it to do that should be is if the sun already has a dyson sphere build/being built around it

yea was waiting for the megacorp one to go on sale, has some new megastructures but that price is a little steep for what id want out of it
