Hello, the mod has a bug with employees that stays in "the driver is inoccupied".

Incompatible with 1.53, crashing every save game

This mod is not campatility with actual game version 1.52+ and crash the game,

Ok that is fixed but the mod crashes me when i try to load.

i enjoy this mod,but i did find a bug wich gave me a headache the last 8 hours, if u got this mod enabled ur hired drivers will stay resting at the garage and wont move at all i been looking on internet for solutions and after trying everything i figured i do delete this mod from the load order and start up my save and my drivers are now driving around again and earning money, anyway u could fix this?

i copied your solutions and posted them in the ats comments to this mod. changed up the id's for game and mod but kept your names in it. i hope that is okay?

Good day folks, 'Syem' explained the fixing of AI drivers perfectly. BUT there is 1 more step you need to do. After editing the files, remove this mod from the mod manager of your profile and save the changes, then add the mod again and the bug will be fixed

If I remember correctly, the problem with "employees won´t drive anymore" can be fixed if you edit "economy_data.sii" and change the line "driver_skilled_job_prob" from 1.5 to 0.8. "economy_data.sii" is in "steamapps\workshop\content\227300\903036915\latest\def". Your welcome.

I use only this mod in my manager with new account and it crashed on loading. I have version 1.49.2

Yep, i can confirm that. This mod has the highest priority but the drivers arent driving anymore.

Employees won´t drive anymore with this mod , but the mod is good for a kickstart that is balanced.

im kind of confused here, so im starting a brand new profile cause i havent played in a while and after my first mission i realise the my xp is high like it sohuld be with the mod but the money is low. infact lower than if i had the mod off. mod on 2500 avg price on load compared to mod off 6000 avg per load. can someone explain this

I found the code that causes the problem: driver_skilled_job_prob: 1.5 When you edit the economy_data.sii file and remove this code, the mod works correctly and the AI drivers continue to work.

Hello, most of my drivers are endlessly resting. Those who are active could not find any jobs. Funny thing is the mod worked perfectly without any issues two days ago. I logged back in today and this problem occurred. I uninstalled the mod and drivers work just fine. Any idea what might have caused it?

When I change it to ETS2 1.49 it updates on delivery. If it doesn't work, update in time.-

I have found a bit of a problem with this mod. Since activating the mod, none of my drivers are able to find a job on the return trip to their garage. So, in essence, they are only getting jobs 50% of the time.

Worked for me - new profile - 1.48 version

If anyone has a problem with this mod, give it top priority. Worked great for me.

oh ok, btw i just realized that those "mods" are for new profiles, as i've already gotten like 1.5M ish i could've just hired some drivers and threw some of the unused vehicles to them and type g_set_time 7 in console to farm money.

@Shater @Twilicious Red Guys I've updated my mod and seems working for freight market but doesn't work for quick jobs or contracts. I don't know why. ETS 2 1.48 Changelog says they changed mod structure but I don't know how to adapt my structure. I'll be try looking for a solution.

It does the opposite for me, job rewards are half of the original reward without the mod

Am I doing something wrong? The mod seems to do the opposite for me, and reduce all money earned.

So, mod works great, great to see big number go up in my bank account, but ai drivers is a menace that drain said bank account nearly as fast with negative income
Overall mod i s great, but is there a way to deal with AI drivers income?

Aaand fully updated, just works fine! I'm sorry for the late update, guys but as I mentioned it in the description; I had to deal with so many problems in my life.
