It's not the same thing, my mod change the death wereas this one change the respawn.

@Dylan the Cartographer Actually, I believe that monsters souls face the same way as humans. The only reason why the are upside down is because of the perspective of the fight. Monsters face you through every battle, meaning their soul is flipped like it would be if their position was flipped to be facing the same way as your character's.

Well, it was a dumb joke because monster souls in Undertale are shown to be upside-down (the point faces up). I'm saying I'm a monster ethically.

The humans are monsters and the monsters have a human comportement.

Yeah... I mean the animation itself. Personally it bugs me when you die facing right and the animation is facing left. To fix that I just made my death animation mod not facing left or right. I made it completely symetrical (untill it breaks apart of course :P )

Neato. One thing I mught suggest is removing the toes so that it doesn't look like it's looking forward or backwards. I've done the same thing on my death animation :P
