This is a fairly old mod, but it's a very impressive build. Just a heads up if you are still following this:

I'm finding the Gyroscope doesn't work. I think its placement doesn't allow me to build it in survival, and when spawned in, as soon as the vehicle takes *any* damage (even with grinder) the gyroscope breaks out of place and starts flying around inside. It could be that since this was uploaded, the rules regarding conveyors and what can attach to them has changed slightly. So far that is the only block issue I've noticed at least!

Yes indeed it seems that we can refill - I always add a small Reactor not conveyer connected especially to be able to refill in survival.

@tryst49 add one yourself :ZegriFuelCell:

Got in, couldn't add fuel to it.

Nice One and Nice Suit !!

Such a sweet and compact design. Seems much more faithful to the original form factor than the Mako's I've browsed.

As for the Mass Effect racial player skins that were ported(and granted racial traits), they broke with the animation update, and the uploader decided it was too much work to fix them. It's too bad, I'd have loved to play in a Mass Effect themed server.

EA is actually pretty ammicable to what they consider to be "Free Promotion" although I wouldn't upload that stuff to workshop expecting it to stay there for long.

And you can always look at the Mass Effect inspired player model, nothing in the law prevents you from creating original work reminiscent of an existing property.

It's not really a good place to discuss this, I will send you a friend request.
McCloud Jr 17 Apr, 2017 @ 5:28pm
that still doesnt answer the question fully. you made a claim and i asked for a citation.

Sektan has made multiple Warhammer 40K skins for SE do you REALLY think he got permission to make them? Their not HIS original work they belong to Games Workshop and the orginal creators Rick Priestley and Andy Chambers. Yet they were still made and loved by many.

Or how about Purrfect-Blinky who has rebuilt multiple Star Wars, Star Trek, and Star Citizen ships in SE. According to your theory you'll need permission to make those as well since their not considered your own work.

There are hundreds of mods for both this game and dozens of others that use material from other sources. The most popular (somewhat) being Star Wars and Star Trek. Just look at all of the mods and the games that go with them.

Mods, there authors, and even the original creators wouldnt exist or be popular without a fan base.

You need to have permission if you didn't make it yourself from scratch, it's in Mod website rules, if you have permission = you are good to publish.

@Dan2D3D really? Citation Needed then
Dan2D3D  [developer] 17 Apr, 2017 @ 11:43am
@McCloud Jr > A SE modder already tried and they were deleted.
McCloud Jr 17 Apr, 2017 @ 11:01am
@Dan2D3D that hasnt stopped him from making the Warhammer 40k skins, or others that have made the Turian skin, or Issac from Dead Space.

Copyright only applies if your trying to make money off the material that isnt yours. Donations are allowed since its a mass pool to help the artist(s) to make more or for people to use as a tip jar for a job will done

@[DFS] Ley-Line, I think the ME suits are copyright and can't be used.

Rikki, you can update your item if you forgot the wheel settings.

Just fix the original, when done aim at it and hit Ctrl+C, open the Blueprint menu, select the local item blueprint in the list, click ''Replace with clipboard'', click ''Yes'' and republish the Blueprint.

This will update your item, you could uncheck the ''Exploration'' box in the same time. :Finger2:

Mass effect sucks downvote

I wonder, For the suit in the first thumbnail picture, I wonder if we can have Sektan turn that into a playermodel? That would be amazing! :D
Dan2D3D  [developer] 15 Apr, 2017 @ 4:11pm
Looks well done, thanks Rikki for sharing, I will add to the Community ME collection.

... Just to let you know, the explorarion tag got rules, it's for ships that can be added to the game and one of the rules is ''no ships from other games or movies''

The Exploration rules are pinned in the SE workshop forum :caster_wink:
