Guerrilla Gamer 26 Nov, 2020 @ 7:52pm
is this updated for 2.8?
IncCapybara 20 Mar, 2020 @ 11:14am
Works with 2.6?
Gweneg 29 Oct, 2019 @ 3:20pm
Right on, thanks for keeping this updated!
Lavo  [author] 29 Oct, 2019 @ 11:08am
Should be.
Gweneg 29 Oct, 2019 @ 3:48am
Fine with 2.5?
Lavo  [author] 6 Jun, 2019 @ 9:04pm
Yup!
IronRooster 6 Jun, 2019 @ 8:29pm
Just asking, does this mod work for the 2.3 Wolfe update?
Lavo  [author] 11 Apr, 2019 @ 10:18pm
It works, does not need updating.
Bob the Destroyer 10 Apr, 2019 @ 9:10pm
update please
Dragon of Desire 20 Dec, 2018 @ 11:40pm
Fair enough, thanks, Lavo!
Lavo  [author] 20 Dec, 2018 @ 9:03pm
It works fine. You must have a custom empire that is set to force spawn which, as mentioned in the description, is not stopped by this mod.
Dragon of Desire 19 Dec, 2018 @ 12:23am
For some reason, this mod doesn't work? Not sure why, probably something on my end.
Lavo  [author] 11 Dec, 2018 @ 8:10am
No worries!
worldsvamp 10 Dec, 2018 @ 7:55pm
nvm none of my mods are working, sorry for the false info!
worldsvamp 10 Dec, 2018 @ 6:43pm
hi, this dosen't work for 1.9, i know 1.9 is a really old version of the game so i dont expect you to do anything but i just wanted you to be aware. its really dissopointing.
Lavo  [author] 8 Mar, 2018 @ 7:59am
Mod still works in 2.0.2. I'll update the version number, but it is purely cosmetic.
Alpha Titan 8 Mar, 2018 @ 5:00am
Update for 2.0.2 pleases? This was amazing!!!!
[Giver Of The Beans] 4 Jan, 2018 @ 7:47pm
:(
Lavo  [author] 4 Jan, 2018 @ 7:40pm
They should be not spawned as well. If they are, then it isn't being modified by this value, and more importantly I lack the DLC which spawns these empires and thus I cannot test/code for it.
[Giver Of The Beans] 4 Jan, 2018 @ 6:05pm
can you make it so it also removes the dlc empires?
[℘] Sarven 19 Nov, 2017 @ 8:48pm
Preset they still pop up in place of my custom empires
Lavo  [author] 19 Nov, 2017 @ 8:32pm
Are those preset empires or custom empires you made?
[℘] Sarven 19 Nov, 2017 @ 8:10pm
It isnt working for me I have it active but still end up with preset empires in my game
Highlandman 24 Sep, 2017 @ 12:25pm
@Teal:

It's very easy to remove the warning error;
Go to C:\Users\*Your_username*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod, open the .mod file related to this mod with notepad and change where it says supported_version to:
"supported_version="1.8.*"
Teal 23 Sep, 2017 @ 7:32pm
@Lavo - yeah, but there's many like me who find the warning annoying and like all the mods to be 'up to date' :)
Tuxu -=JeepC=- 23 Sep, 2017 @ 6:46pm
1.6.2 - Old empires are still there... I'll do it manually. -_-
Lavo  [author] 23 Sep, 2017 @ 5:42pm
The update didn't break this mod; you didn't need to make a new version. The "this mod is out of date" message doesn't mean anything for this particular mod.
Teal 22 Sep, 2017 @ 6:45pm
Created a new version of this since this hasn't been updated for 1.8 if anyone needs.

Yey! you saved me the hassle. :)
Kingdark 28 Aug, 2017 @ 8:43am
That wasn't supposed to come over as sarcastic or as me being a troll. I'm serious about what I said.
Lavo  [author] 28 Aug, 2017 @ 8:40am
not sure if serious or troll
Kingdark 28 Aug, 2017 @ 8:39am
Awesome! Thanks for going into detail! You learn something new every day :p
Lavo  [author] 28 Aug, 2017 @ 8:36am
I mean, on paper it's a similar edit to what you described. However you have to find the mod in question, extract the whole thing, and then set up a new local version for it, or make a different local mod that overwrites the file that the Steam mod has. Or, instead of doing all of that work, you can use this mod.
Kingdark 28 Aug, 2017 @ 4:07am
It is? Really? Thanks for correcting me then.
Lavo  [author] 27 Aug, 2017 @ 11:22am
It isn't as straightforward when you have mods which have added preset empires. Using this mod is a lot easier than messing with those.
Kingdark 27 Aug, 2017 @ 8:51am
If you want to remove the preset empires, you could just remove them from the file in the game folder. It's relatively straightforward. open the file, erase all the preset empires and save.
Lavo  [author] 16 Aug, 2017 @ 4:53pm
Yes this will remove preset empires made by mods so long as the preset empire in question is not set to "Always" spawn.
THE RIDE NEVER ENDS 16 Aug, 2017 @ 4:24pm
Does this mod "removes" preset empire or i can still use mods that add custom animated species (but the lamey custom empire with it...)? I already use a mod that removes every paradox empires but i can't use mods that add animated species becuz of their edit on the empires file.
Lavo  [author] 10 Aug, 2017 @ 11:10pm
Nope. Forced spawn empires will still spawn.
Mindlessmrawesome 9 Aug, 2017 @ 7:06pm
Does this mod bypass the empires that I make and want them put into my game? I like playing alongside the galactic empire and the rebel alliance XD
[℘] Sarven 4 Aug, 2017 @ 10:46am
Ok thanks
Lavo  [author] 4 Aug, 2017 @ 8:56am
That's simply because I haven't changed a useless line in the .mod file. Do ignore it.
[℘] Sarven 4 Aug, 2017 @ 5:57am
it says "Outdated Mods Enabled"
Lavo  [author] 3 Aug, 2017 @ 9:03pm
Mod works; there isn't anything to update.
[℘] Sarven 3 Aug, 2017 @ 7:50pm
update?
UrShaikort 3 Aug, 2017 @ 9:40am
It's great. Still, don't ypu know a mod that allows to choose, whether to spawn each of them? Like the custom ones.
Linthras 14 Jun, 2017 @ 10:04am
Yea, I was talking about modded preset empires. But creator of the mod in question has already changed it to not force spawn anymore.
Lavo  [author] 14 Jun, 2017 @ 9:45am
Custom empires aren't touched by this. You have to manually set each custom empire to not spawn if you do not want them in. This mod touches preset empires, not custom empires.
Linthras 14 Jun, 2017 @ 9:18am
This does not seem to work for me. Modded empires still appear in my games, even when I put my own empires on forced spawn and limit the number of empires to the total numbere of my own custom empires.
