forgot to say if u want to use this one or the more stable version in campaign just increase gun barrells by X4, and it should deal with most things that dont have heavy lasers

I think I have got all 3 homewolrd ships balanced, this one in homeworld is the only destroyer bar misile destroyer that will occasionally shoot down fast things with a random missile or shell, but does not pack quite as much heavy firepower as the other destroyers, the ion frigate is a bit OP, so nerf its particle if u want a fair fight

@japp just tested ion cannon frigate and assault frigate against the hig destroyer, someone needs to make an FTD homeworld mod dude this game is awesome

This thing HAS WAY to much firepower, An Ning managed to get it roll in heavy combat his suggestion was to limt fring arcs at to avoid 90 degree fire this should avoid this but then you might end up with turrets shooting turrets, I might add more stabilisation or remove all recoil damping from underbelly gun and run it from same AI as other guns so it acts as a counter weight to the riduculoua amoount of firepower leaving the top deck, this worked on my spaceship yamato replica which is similar size but has even more firepower

@hawkins, either my steam or FTD is broke, I cannot update workshop builds even after several reinstalls, I think I understand the error it took a long time to figure out, but I cant fix it

there a are a couple of spare ACBS inside that could be set to make this be a boat, submarine or hover depending on enemy type if anyone is crazy enough to try it

@Hawkins 3rd upload, how the hell do you replica guys deal with realistic barrel lengths re shell speed and accuracy, this thing uses more power than a small town purely to make the guns short and deadly

6 hours to build entire vehicle plus another 6 hours to make REPLICA guns that are combat effective, The amount of kinetic firepower leaving top deck required some massive stabilisation, I ducted 80% of the thrusters so she stays stable after massive damage. The guns are as good as I can make them at this barrell length, the shells are slow about 250 -350MS-1 (about double CRAM speeds i think) Heavy combat pushes the ships power plant to the limit but everything will still work. The only problem I couldnt solve was incoming missiles on a flat trajectory in line with the ships Y axis will not be targetted by the LAMS to do this would ruin the replica look, it is a small blind spot and if its an issue press H rotate ship slightly and LAMS hsould delete everything, Occasionally she drops her speed to 75% to avoid this you can set ACB to desired speed max on enmey contact
