You probably stopped modding, but if you see this, could you please make this mod compatible with synthetic dawn? It currently prevents Machineworlds from being build.

Hey. Love the mod and was hoping for an update. Currently, it seems to prevent Machine Worlds as a possible terraforming option. I dunno what it does to do that, but I did a lot of testing and this is the one. Looking forward to seeing if it comes back!
Ridesdragons 16 Oct, 2017 @ 10:49pm
that's a long 36 hours lol
Aethelfrith 8 Oct, 2017 @ 9:35am
It works fine for me....

Working on the update for this: ETA 36 hours.
Grizzly Void 1 Oct, 2017 @ 8:03am
Can you please update the mod
Girthquake 23 Sep, 2017 @ 9:37am
Will this be recieving an update or are you done with it? Im cleaning up my extensive mod list because Stellaris is mad at me, so I need to know which to get rid of.
Уберите Из Мута 21 Sep, 2017 @ 2:11pm
update plz

Love this mod actually makes Gaia worlds worth it, just one small problem. When enabled I can no longer terraform "terraform candidates". So I had found 2 of these barren worlds that could be terraformed, then I added this mod and the terraform button dissappeared, remove the mod it returned. Any ideas? A save game issue or a problem?

@indieForger if you could email me at rocket2guns@gmail.com I will send you the files.

@rocket2guns Do you have git repository? I can help with localization to Polish

funny thing, I had the Scourage infected a Gaia Planet in my last game, when I purified it, it became a Barren planet with a Paradise modifier, so I thought I'd use the planet so I'll just terraform it back into a Gaia Planet, and when I did, a second Paradise modifier appeared
Dankus Memus 6 Jul, 2017 @ 5:41am
Is this achievement compatible?
l0rf 6 Jul, 2017 @ 3:23am
Thanks for this. I was just thinking in the last game that once habitability modifiers are high enough, just turning the planet into your preference makes much more sense and is much cheaper. The vaunted Gaia world is just a shinier planet that takes twice as long to terraform.
Oh and I second the request for Ringworlds. They're artificially built gaia-worlds in game already.
Hydra 26 Jun, 2017 @ 4:49pm
Is it Iron Man Compatible
Shandoo 29 May, 2017 @ 12:49pm
Would you consider to add a similar modifier to Ringworlds? They practically Gaia Planets.
Ridesdragons 23 May, 2017 @ 6:42pm
actually he's considering it, but currently no, it doesn't apply to them
Rastro 23 May, 2017 @ 5:38pm
I would assume no. Constant sunlight or microgravity would get annoying (lol)
Aprosule 23 May, 2017 @ 8:54am
Does this apply to ring worlds or habitats?
Rocket  [author] 9 May, 2017 @ 6:13pm
- Updated to 1.6
- Added all language string files.
Rocket  [author] 9 May, 2017 @ 3:35pm
I will release an update in the next 6 hours to ensure it works with 1.6 ADAMs.
Askalan 9 May, 2017 @ 12:22pm
May i ask you for an Update to be compatible with 1.6 ADAMS?
Bubblyhydra 28 Apr, 2017 @ 12:09am
good mod, works well.
スカイ 25 Apr, 2017 @ 7:24am
I always wondered why there weren't any bonuses to gaia worlds in vanilla (other than to habitability ofc) definatly subscribbling (:
FaceMatter 23 Apr, 2017 @ 8:20pm
Upon further testing I've found that the mod is compatible with Guilli's, not sure why the first galaxy I generated didn't get the paradise modifiers but no complaints. Great mod.
FaceMatter 23 Apr, 2017 @ 10:20am
@rocket2guns Is there a way you could make this compatible with Guilli's Planet Modifiers? Guillis makes the game far more interesting but doesn't do anything special to gaia worlds which I feel like your mod does perfectly.

I disagree. I think that "paradise" should be 20%. However, a lite version with toned down stats might be in order...
Pode 20 Apr, 2017 @ 10:18am
IIRC, an event file that comes asciibetically before the vanilla event file will allow you to overwrite only the specific vanilla event IDs listed in your event file. It will throw an error to the log but that seems to be the only consequence. So 000_eventfile would overwrite 00_eventfile and let you change only those specific vanilla events. Please don't shoot me if I got this wrong, but I think this is how it works.
Knight.R 20 Apr, 2017 @ 10:02am
Will this work with the Abandoned terraforming event?
Rocket  [author] 20 Apr, 2017 @ 5:54am
Great ideas:
- I will see if I can cover the events without vanilla changes to the files.
- I will see if I can support Stellar Expansions Geoengineering module as well.
- I could easily make a mod for the ringworld too, I feel like adding it to this mod would be unfair as it doesn't say it's going to add it to the ringworld also.

Great ideas everyone hope I can get it done soon!
Dionysian Flag Waving 20 Apr, 2017 @ 2:38am
I think the happiness modifier is a bit much, maybe cut that down to +10%.

Also, would love to see this mod also cover the aforementioned events and possibly even a compatibility patch, if one is necessary, for Stellar Expansion's Geoengineering module (which lets you terraform inhabited planets through an event chain at significant cost)
HaoSheep 20 Apr, 2017 @ 2:31am
I agree the ringworld
SumYungGuy 17 Apr, 2017 @ 3:38pm
Applying it to ringworlds might be a good idea as well.
Ridesdragons 16 Apr, 2017 @ 11:51pm
hey, found an unaccounted-for case of gaia planet gaining.

I found abandoned terraforming tools on a planet, turned them on, and got a gaia planet. however, it doesn't come with the paradise modifier. while lore-wise it was terriformed, it technically occurred because of an event. is there any way you can make it so these gaia planets that are formed via events can also benefit from the modifier you add?
Zulnahdwiin 15 Apr, 2017 @ 5:57am
Love the idea behind this mod, btw. Definitely keeping an eye on it.
Zulnahdwiin 15 Apr, 2017 @ 5:55am
Something to consider is that the Lush (+20% Food) and Natural Beauty (+25% Migration Attraction) traits both have an increased chance to spawn on Gaia worlds during galaxy creation, so Paradise is essentially just a combined version of those two plus increased happiness and unity production, though I personally think the happiness bonus should halved, and the unity production bonus doubled.
xor 15 Apr, 2017 @ 3:36am
Besides I dislike migration I think the Migration attraction bonus is very fitting. But 20% Happiness and 25% Food bonus seems a bit much IMO. Personally I would nerf it to 15% and 20% at least but increase Unity to 10%.
Rocket  [author] 15 Apr, 2017 @ 1:49am
@xor. Been bothering me for a while. Have tried to keep the impacts fairly modest so that it can become part of peoples vanilla playthroughs, and doesn't just feel like cheating. Let me know thoughts!
xor 15 Apr, 2017 @ 1:34am
Funny: Just yesteraday I thought about the fact, that Gaia worlds aren't even that interesting and should have a happiness modifier or something. Now this mod... can you read my mind?
Rocket  [author] 15 Apr, 2017 @ 1:33am
Thanks! There are two strings:

"Paradise" (name of the modifier)
"This planet is a paradise perfectly suited to all habitation offering the ideal environment for living and agriculture." (this is the description of the modifier).

You can email me the translations at rocket2guns@gmail.com. I will include you in credits! Thanks heaps :)
robobird3000 15 Apr, 2017 @ 1:18am
I can make a german localisation.
