Just open the model in blender, highlight and delete the gas block, copy a vanilla front sight and join it to the model and then compile. You'll need to delete my a_carryhandle_m4 and w_flipup3 files from the mod for the vanilla ones to take effect.

Also is there a way to keep the sights when an optic is placed on? I'm equipped with all the modder's tools of VMT, blender, etc. but I need a damned guide.
