Dear players, I don't have enough time at the moment.
Got too many other important things to do.
After the summertime I'll be back to that
Take care of bug fixes. Promised.

Very enjoyable puzzles! I did break out of Level 1-08, but I see you mention fixing that; not sure it's fixed! I grabbed the floating cube while standing on the wall after getting the star, then walked over as shown in this image:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2191664096
it is easy to get out from there.

Big update:
All Worlds: Visibility sectors have been added.
Level1-05: A few fences added so that you can no longer
can break out.
Level1-08: You can no longer break out there.
If the cube does not land exactly on the plate in the shaft,
you can go down and put it right on top. This saves the "X" key.
A ladder has been added.
A few minor repairs.
Tidied up the folder a little. Unnecessary files deleted.

@exe:
Yes, the slideshow indicates that the game is over.
After that you have to start a new game or load the last backup.
Sorry...

When I pull the switch in the same room where the jetpack is (or was if you have used it) Only Puzzles shows sort of moving pictures and keeps repeating them. I didn't see an end of this slideshow, so I stops using the escape key. Is this how it is meant to be?
exe 22 Dec, 2019 @ 10:36am
I have also made this screenshot using the jetpack
exe 22 Dec, 2019 @ 9:31am
I have completed Only Puzzles.
Thank you for creating this awesome and well made puzzles! Enjoyed playing it!
I also found all the pieces of Gnaar and put it together, and it launched! I have made this screenshot just I completed it.

in puzzle 4-01 I have two connectors on top of the pillars against the wall to connect the laser beams all the time with the receptors:

exe 1 Dec, 2019 @ 12:31pm
in puzzle 3-04 I have just figured out how to get to the star and got it now

Only Puzzles (newest version)
in puzzle 3-04: I step on the fan but fly past the star and I cannot grab the star
in video's I have seen so far the star is grabbed by flying towards the star. But it seems that I fly in a little different direction. How can I reach the star? I already have the sigil in this puzzle.

Have uploaded a new update:
Underground - All levels have a new design.
Lighting improved.
Level 1 - Terrain changed.
In the new version I had to improvise something.
Still a pleasure!
ma.hirsch  [author] 10 Feb, 2019 @ 9:46pm
Mangel0: That's just a delusion. The red laser works.
Mangel0 10 Feb, 2019 @ 9:24pm
In 1-6, why does that one blue port ignore all blue lasers and only open when a red laser is connected to it? I had to look that up because nothing in the game hints that is possible and doesn't seem to follow the "rules" established by the game. Am I missing something?

ma.hirsch - thank you this was entertaining!
barrymead - thank you for the recent video I was stuck in a couple places without it!

Take care!
barrymead 6 Sep, 2018 @ 1:07am
I noticed that previously discussed walkthrough videos for this puzzle collection have disappeared from the internet and no-longer work. So I uploaded my own complete walkthrough solution for Only Puzzles. If you get stuck this video should help.

barrymead: Thanks for the video. Maybe on next update, i will fix this.

Why do you rely on vexing level design to make your "puzzles" difficult?
Lando Calrissian 10 Jun, 2018 @ 1:45pm
Also, btw, you can cheat to get a bunch of the silver sigils by getting on top of the walls. Might want to fix that.
Lando Calrissian 10 Jun, 2018 @ 1:45pm
Hm, the game crashed when I got to the top of the second star puzzle with the yellow robot. He was staring at me doing nothing, and when I set a box down, the game crashed.
Lando Calrissian 6 Jun, 2018 @ 8:27pm
Solved about half the puzzles so far. Good level design!

To be honest, my only recommendation is to make the basement area of Levels 2-5 look a little nicer; it's just blank walls which makes it a bit dreary. Otherwise, great job!

3-03 lvl.. can you solve 3-03 problem??? how to solve 3-03??? I've connected the red and blue lines, Only one wall is turned off...
DrDeath8520 21 Mar, 2018 @ 4:37pm
Pretty good campaign all in all. Only needed some minor assistance (mainly the one where you "cheat" a connector through, 3-3? This just seems impossible, even having done it now myself). The whole underground part is visually disgusting though. Even the scattered assets in the halls don't help. Lastly, I'm short of one statue piece (second arm) if anyone can help (I've gone around the border multiple times now)...
DrDeath8520 21 Mar, 2018 @ 2:34pm
ok nvm. it just takes some persistance and luck...
DrDeath8520 21 Mar, 2018 @ 2:32pm
So I'm using @pixllo 's walkthrough, and the star in 3-4 still seems to be out of reach...
JayCArrow 18 Jan, 2018 @ 12:06pm
@ma.hirsch: I started the game again and I did not have to press x because I stared at the very beginning with only the first star missing... strange, isn't it.
ma.hirsch  [author] 15 Jan, 2018 @ 2:01pm
@JayCArrow: Go back to the first metal gate and press "x". You will be back on the first Sartpoint. than you can collect the first Star.
JayCArrow 15 Jan, 2018 @ 11:16am
First of all: I like your puzzle levels though sometimes the physics differ from the main game and it is hard to think of a solution.

I have problems collecting the last (or to be more specific the "first") star.

The star is right at the beginning of the game and I can't go back since the first metal gate is closed.

Is this a bug or a feature?
jandlml 9 Jan, 2018 @ 10:06pm
i finished. i am pretty new to this game and just started playing the workshop items. i really enjoyed this one. only needed minimal help. :steamhappy:
jandlml 4 Jan, 2018 @ 10:54pm
i know how to get to theblue [not sure what it called] laser activator . ive tried different placements but i cant get to the cube . got me stumped.
ma.hirsch  [author] 4 Jan, 2018 @ 10:39pm
@jandlml: use the red laser to unlock the plasma door. maybe this helps.
jandlml 3 Jan, 2018 @ 10:40pm
anyone help me out with level 1-06 . stuck trying to get the cube and the third laser
djalchemea 14 Dec, 2017 @ 4:07am
@ma.hirsch Having used the jet pack to scour the area I have managed to find all the Gnaar statue pieces. This is the best of all the user created campaigns.
djalchemea 12 Dec, 2017 @ 2:43pm
@ma.hirsch Thank you so much for all the hard work that must have gone into this amazing content. I have just completed all the levels and enjoyed this immensely. I struggled a lot with 3-03 because of the tricky placement and cannot find all of the gnaar statue (any clues?) I thought the difficulty level was spot on, challenging but not impossible, and agree with some of the others here that some of the stars were a little too easy, but apart from that it's a 5/5 from me. More like this please!!!

le maps bug partous ne le prenez pas merci
Dr. Strangelove 18 Nov, 2017 @ 1:21am
Thanks for the reply and updates

About the Shepherd I understand the issue now, I had freed him in such a way that the bridge was not activated so he fell down and was stuck.

About 2-02 the execution is not a problem anymore and I think that although the change makes the solution easier to figure out overall this is the wisest choice.

About 3-03 I did not notice what changes were made, but wished to specify that what I meant is that a lot of the other exploits are based on things that although not anticipated by developers or used as basic mechanics were not specifically exlcuded by them (e.g. walking on energy doors). This one is clearly something they did want to avoid, probably because it leads to solutions based on frustrating tinkering (same reason the placement of a crate on top of another is "forced"). I think this is why many people are having trouble with that puzzle.

But thank you for creating (together with maim_gi) an overall great campaign
ma.hirsch  [author] 17 Nov, 2017 @ 11:36pm
A new update is uploaded, requested by some:

Level 2-02 and 2-03 have gotten a few jump points, making it difficult
to reach areas to be reached with one jump.

In level 1.03b, a star has been removed and added to level 5.
The Minecraft cube is now available at a different location.

In level 3-03, a few small changes have been made.
(more are planned)

@Dr.Strangelove:
In Level 1 Star Riddle, both switches must be on, then
Shephert runs over the plasma stream to the Arranger and waits for you,
then he disappears. During that, you get three sigils with them
You can lower the fence to get to the alternative end.

@Mrs Ellie:
Thanks for the comment.(Videos coming soon)
Mrs Ellie 17 Nov, 2017 @ 4:08pm
I have to say that I am really impressed with these puzzles! It is like playing a whole game, there is so much content. I am not finished with it, and while some of these are frustrating and difficult to solve (is there a video?), you have showed great ingenuity!
I agree that you can get stuck in a few places, and while it's not as polished as a finished game, it is excellent bonus content, and you have really added in some nice gameplay. You definitely have talent and I am grateful for these puzzles. :)
Dr. Strangelove 16 Nov, 2017 @ 4:22am
A couple of other things as well about Easter eggs:

- I managed to get to the Minecraft one, but it was not clear to me if there was anything more to do with it or not. I thought I would be able to break the block with the axe (typical Minecraft style) but you can’t. Maybe you can destroy it with a laser (?), I could see how to bring one there but it is a lot of work and could not be bothered without any incline that would work. . Also, why not put a star in that place? again it is quite a lot of work to get to so it would be a better reward, as it stands it is a bit anti-climactic.
- I managed to free “the Shepherd” on Level 5 and opened the 2 doors for him, but then he just went running against a wall. I do not know if that is a bug. Is he supposed to do anything more interesting?
Dr. Strangelove 16 Nov, 2017 @ 4:22am
- Many have said it already, but tricky jumping does not make for a good puzzle (2-02). It’s just plain frustrating to do it over and over again, and there does not seem to be a reliable way to do it. If you can’t think how to modify that particular puzzle and keep it challenging, I’d recommend giving it up, since apparently it’s putting many people off of sticking with the whole campaign even though it’s just one puzzle.
- There are many places where you can get stuck, in some cases it may be difficult to avoid without breaking the puzzle, but in others there it would be easy to add a way out.
- Unless I found my own exploit that was not anticipated, the only exploit I found really annoying was for 3-03, because it does not merely goes around the mechanics, but breaks a fundamental component.
Dr. Strangelove 16 Nov, 2017 @ 4:22am
“Exploit collector” was the first Talos custom campaign I played when it was still working and I remember thinking the author should really change the title, because it will put people off, and because although the campaign does contain a fair amount of exploits, it is not all based on that, there’s plenty of creative puzzles as well. Furthermore, although I can’t fully condone the use of exploits, in most cases they are not that hard to figure out. So I did enjoy the campaign quite a lot.

That said, I do have some gripes, here’s a few of the main ones (TBC):

Telemak 12 Nov, 2017 @ 11:32am
Tested to ground levels 1, 2 and 3 in 64 bits modded. Problem with a sun key which have a different color than the ray light it accepts in level 1, that bugged me for less than 1 minute so I kept running. Problem in level 2 with platforming I am not sure if it is intended I can't jump to some platforms sometimes so I was stucked. Plus one gate did not opened when I eventualy managed to put the correct rays of lights in the sun keys. I just wondered at this point if it is a bug or something "unethical" in my conception of what a level should be so I gave up.
shlam 27 Oct, 2017 @ 11:22pm
First world was fun, out in the open, procedural puzzles. Then that second world underground was an abomination, jeez. Lazy design, awful awful AWFUL platforming. That's more than enough for me, pass.

obvigam it will conect to red
Obvigam 9 Sep, 2017 @ 11:48am
In Level 1-06 the blue laser from begin points at the blue target, but it is not activated. Instead there are sparks like if the color was wrong. Anybody else had this issue? How do I solve the problem? De- and reabonnizing didn't make the trick.
Playing on Steam OS, but this shouldn't make a difference..i hope.
Thanks for any advice
