Also, update for the community on Chesko: supposedly he will return to Skyrim at some point to fix his now broken wearable lantern mod. Until then, no love even on Nexus.
Please, put the lanterns on the belt, so we can use two-handed weapons!!!!
Can you equip it yo your side or something?
I read that the ancients used natural oils and animal fats for lanterns. Skyrim has troll fat, and alchohol can be used for the lantern oil. If not troll fat, you can use an animal fat (mod) to make lantern oil (mod) and then it will be a travel lantern.
@ silverpaladin, are you talking about the dismounting mod? i might need to make a video for it ;p;, what it does is removes the animation when u dismount a horse, so u just drop off from the horse as if you quickly dismounted, wasting no time. It's a really useful mod and doesn't look bad either.
Suggested adjustment- refuel lanterns with say Dwarven oil, and revert them to the original empty unusable form when they time out. Having the item evaporate is -strange. Also causes a rebuilding issue- we have to source new raw material.
Tried out the magic version, but the violet light gves me a headache :-) If you hit something with a Frost version, should they not freeze instead of catching on fire?
