@Shadé, really nice plane! It prefectly glides even the engine is down, very stable. But I have a suggestion that we should tell players to shut down the engine (by pressing C again) before deceleration.
And another suggestion is, rope winches will break at high speed. Why don't try brace ,or thin blade+a grabber, they never break.
@Chickuns You are free to take any engine from any of my plane. Althogh if you want, I can assist you designing your own
Thx
@Cidjo Yeah but I think adding turret only overcomplicate the controls so i decided not to.
... the front gun is a turret (on the real plane)
La France c'est bien, ok?
Yea I strugled with the landing too xD
its a low acceleration dragless engine without any dedicated airbrakes, i even not sure how to make it stop. It's very weak because it only has two propeller blades.
I'll see what I can do. Maybe airbrakes will help.
Landing, on the other hand...If I built up any speed, I couldn't slow down. Even giving it full reverse throttle over multiple laps around the barren expanse, I was still going to fast to land. I think the way you have the props angled triggers the infinite flight glitch, and it's too strong even for the reverse thrust to handle.
Unfortunately, if you rotate the plane in build mode to fit it in the bounding box, there's a wood panel in the front of the tail section that comes off whe you unpin, and sometimes other parts break too. Deleting the wood panel stops it. It only does that if you rotate the plane in build mode though. If you fly it where it is it's fine.
