You and Toffyman https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561197970661884 need to get together and make a pack to go with the Planetary Installations mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=888460730 .

One problem tho. Projectors dont like multi grids! Other than that this will be my base for a long time
Juice Miginty 29 Apr, 2017 @ 9:48pm
Good for exploring.
Chrome Oni 27 Apr, 2017 @ 5:04pm
Armor those words have touched me...will u be my dad?
i might get some of those building genes...
BlackArmor  [author] 27 Apr, 2017 @ 10:14am
@jw
Correct, that was my reasoning. The turrets along the perimeter are mostly just for spiders/wolves.

@Reaper
Thank my dude! I appreciate it.
GudTaters 26 Apr, 2017 @ 4:32pm
Not much defensive capabilities I don't see, oh well, it does say "Industrial".

Great job, man!
Bones 26 Apr, 2017 @ 4:21pm
holy crap my dude this is a amazing base I've never seen anything like it
BlackArmor  [author] 26 Apr, 2017 @ 1:48pm
Uh huh, so then the nanites welded a lot of blocks which were supposed to stay unfinished.

This is the only version. I don't need mods to make nice things. If the jetpack elevator bothers you there is a staircase right next to it.
Dots 26 Apr, 2017 @ 10:02am
@ BlackArmor i didn't weld anything. i just sit down for 2 days and watched as Nanites do the job for me. :steammocking: . I understand this is for vanilla? is there any other version for this lets say with mods. I would really love to see an elevator that actually works instead of sliding door frames stacked on top of each other.. There is a really nice elevator complete with music too you just have to retexture it and change the music for more.. industrial feel. Its called Dx11 elevator cabin ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=400546296 ) and if you would like to make it mod.. well then add the bunk beds that are in the workshop as well. Most authors are willing to allow you to use their mods and make everyone happy providing that you credit them back.
BlitzKarton 26 Apr, 2017 @ 8:51am
Wow nice!
BlackArmor  [author] 26 Apr, 2017 @ 8:39am
@mysteriousdots
If you have missing stuff you probably welded this up in survival in which case the spotights and comm dishes would be missing because they are small grid conversions. There are no key bindings because there's nothing really to bind them to. Also you probably welded a whole bunch of parts that you were supposed to leave unfinished which is why it doesn't appear as the video. If you copy this into the world in creative mode you will get exactly what is shown.

@Simplet
Keep building things and you will improve.
Dots 26 Apr, 2017 @ 1:58am
meh... i ended up with this base but with missing keybindings to the consoles and some parts missing and not as seen in the video. but heh.. i guess that works.. lol i now have to remove the bad looking parts and fix it up and after that and only after that to invite my friends over and play with.
Chrome Oni 25 Apr, 2017 @ 5:54pm
i wish i could build like this...:steamsalty:
Jason 25 Apr, 2017 @ 3:59pm
...........
BlackArmor  [author] 25 Apr, 2017 @ 11:25am
@The Yori
I'd say hop on google and type something that interests you. In 10 minutes you'll have a few things to build
The Yori 25 Apr, 2017 @ 10:46am
This. is. AWSOME!!! why dont i have this kind of fantasy and open mind to do shit like that!
BlackArmor  [author] 25 Apr, 2017 @ 10:03am
@Quartofel
Thank you! It wasn't in my original plan to do that and came as more of an afterthough/experiment, but it looked good so I went back to do it. I'm glad it's appreciated. As far as building it in survival I've got 3 concerns:

- The amount of grinded down blocks.
- The 4 large/small grid connections for the communcation dishes and spotlights.
- The conveyor tubes are underneath all the buildings and meant to be sunk into the ground.
Quartofel 25 Apr, 2017 @ 6:25am
I've thought about using slightly different colours to get those little "frames" but never been able to make anything interesting. The way you used it made flat wall look so good.
Great job, I think that I'll try to build this in survival with my friends
Drip Inspector 25 Apr, 2017 @ 4:15am
looks great
BlackArmor  [author] 25 Apr, 2017 @ 1:14am
I used about 3-4 similar colors and separated them enough to get that effect
[Spitfyre] kjs 24 Apr, 2017 @ 10:48pm
is the way you made the wall pattern by making almost each block a *slightly* different color?

also looks great man!
Juice Miginty 23 Apr, 2017 @ 5:20pm
Dude, awesome!
BlackArmor  [author] 23 Apr, 2017 @ 4:37pm
@Trog
Haha very nice, thanks
Juice Miginty 23 Apr, 2017 @ 4:10pm
Ohhh coooool DUDE YOUR STUFF ROCKS! Oh, This remindes me of some giant building thing from Just Cause 3
BlackArmor  [author] 23 Apr, 2017 @ 9:30am

Zues 23 Apr, 2017 @ 2:29am

Despicable Ocelot 22 Apr, 2017 @ 2:37pm
You nailed this build
BlackArmor  [author] 20 Apr, 2017 @ 11:07pm
Thanks guys. Tried out a new pattern with that tan building
k_medlock 20 Apr, 2017 @ 10:30pm
I love the detailing on this one! Good job!
Deathlok-L17 20 Apr, 2017 @ 9:33pm
just wow is all i got to say!
JCapt 20 Apr, 2017 @ 8:39pm
I like it! You did a good job on the design and recreation. It is a shame that one can't make round radio dishes.
That Gaming Titan 20 Apr, 2017 @ 7:56pm
I like how you added more colors!
