Yessss! Thank you SO much for keeping this version that doesn't require DLC! I wish more people would do this for us lesser fortunate theme-parkies who don't have the additional content.

Howdy, I have updated this blueprint with the new Vintage Pack DLC. If you have this dlc then I recommend picking up my newer version with all new shops and decorations as well as improved lighting and effects here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1439713196

I will keep this version as is for anyone without the Vintage Pack DLC.

After looking into the ride most I realized the low prestige rating would cause low to zero guest usage in larger parks. I have increased the default ride sequence to bring the ride up to at least 1 star with no additional scenery to ensure higher guest interest. Thanks for all those who brought this to my attention.

Meggerz, just dropped the blueprint into a new park and the guests are using it just fine. (Screenshot I just took here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1426130878)
I can only imagine there must be a break in the paths somewhere which is stopping guests from reaching the entrance queue.

I do not know where this problem might be but a couple of tips as to how I approach the connecting is to start at the ride exit and make the spiraling path down to the ground first; then connect the shops, and finally connect the queue to the exit path. I hope that in someway helps as I was unable to recreate the issue others are having.

GaMERCaT, when you place a blueprint down there is a checkbox in the bottom right with the label Flatten Terrain. This needs to be unchecked for some reason to place this blueprint otherwise it will appear to always be obstructed.

Awesome missjennabee! I was able to replicate the same issue with this ride and my other ride skin, Bucking Bronco Saloon, by turning on Flatten Terrain.

2old2game, can you make sure the Flatten Terrain box is not checked when placing the blueprint? That maybe the reason the game is no allowing the blueprint to be placed.

I am going to send Frontier a bug report about this as it seems to be a recent development that cropped up since the recent update.

Victory! SO. For anyone else who might be having my particular malfuntion (mental or otherwise) while placing the blueprint there is a little box under "Angle Snap" which says "Flatten Terrain" and evidently if that box is checked - much sadness and misery. Unchecked however, all is right with my world again. Thanks so much for checking into it, xaphor :) turns out it was user error afterall.

That is very off missjennabee. I checked in game, enabling all collision, and was able to place the ride down with no issue at all. I recorded a little gif of doing so. https://i.gyazo.com/beb0b0422148e8e988ac8547566f7b14.gif

I cannot really think of any reason you would have an obstruction issue as the ride is so high off the ground you should not encounter issues of obstruction with paths or terrain which is really the only causes I can think of.

If you identify the reason I would love to hear it so I could note it for anyone else who might encounter the same problems.

Beautiful work :) One of my favorite ride skins... (BUT lol) For some reason I'm having issues getting it to place now. I've used it before without incident but as of ... well I tried yesterday and again this morning, no matter what I do it keeps telling me it's obstructed. I have all the collision related stuff disabled in options. I've got no clue what I'm doing wrong here. Entirely possible it's a problem on my end, just wasn't sure if maybe an update changed something and I need to be going about it differently to get this to place now?

Mimimi, to place this blueprint you must have "Disable Scenery Collision" and "Disable Ride Collision" selected in your Gameplay Settings. While in-game, press escape and select settings to access these options. Once you have placed the blueprint you can then turn these options off if you prefer playing with collision enabled.

Great compliment for this construction. I really like it and like it in my park. Unfortunately, I can not place it and do not know why. I am in a sandbox and there is also enough space available. No matter what height I choose, it does not work. Can you give me a tip, was I wrong?

Great item but it's hard to add paths and set inside a park. Maybe it's the game and ot the item.

This is all in-game scenery. Modding in your own assets is not currently supported by this game.

So forgive me for the ignorant question, but a creation like this in the game, did the author use only in game assests? or would this require a seperate 3-d modelling program or something? Feel free to talk to me like im stupid I have no idea about this stuff lol.
