I removed the timer feature since it isn't needed in Vanilla anymore.

@seronis yeah I know, i'm working on modifying it so it becomes only a cosmetic alternative to the Programmable Block. But they way that block is made makes it a bit hard to do. For some reason, the UI won't show. So I'm working on that. :)

The mod is obsolete as any ingame script is capable of just setting itself to auto run mode. This is a vanilla feature.

Any chance of an update to fix the issues with these? Love the look but they crash the game when actually used for anything other than decorative :(

The timers dont remember the time you set. Ive set all my server timers to 1 second. When i quit and rejoin they default to "always" . Any ideas please?

server rack seems to be crashing game, anyway for me, same with terminal works fine, not sure what is causing it, still investigating

Upon returning after haven't played the game actively for a bit it now appears when the Server Block runs based on it's timer, it passes no arguments. Is this known or perhaps expected?

@BinaryKiller That's what I wanted to do at first. But because of how Space Engineers' API was made it wasn't really possible. Could look into it now though, maybe they added new features that could be useful for that.

I've heard that this mod might cause some stability issues. Is there any way you could just make this a remodeled programable block? Programs can run themselves now without mods and I really want to have a room of servers on my ship.

@Izion Thanks! Didn't see that. Then the timer is indeed not required anymore. I'll remove it from the next update and keep only the programming block functionality!

18k Blocks here Chris no problems with crashes, running about 4 of these blocks on my main ship but do have to turn the timer off each load. Mooviies im not sure if you had seen but a while back keen updated the PB to allow scripts to register to different updates, this does kind of make the timer no longer needed but here is the thread if you want to check it out:

This is a guess but it started around when I got to about 4500 blocks. My Capital ship works fine at 2700 blocks. The Base is a little spread out I would say about a 80x90 block area

I found an issue recently that I was able to narrow down to this mod. If your base gets too big, the game will crash to desktop. I was able to swap it out for vanilla progam block and timer block and it fixed the crashes. Has anyone else have the same issue? It does work great on ships.

Hey there. Just had this https://hastebin.com/wawofudenu.css crash the server and a client.
Can you catch this exception and tag the block somewhere/somehow so server admins can locate the problematic script?

the collition box on the "large server rack with terminal" could do with some repair. I found myself wanting to get closer to the terminal, but couldn't.

Can you please fix the timer from resetting to Always on world load. I'm forced to use regular blocks for the time being.

@Reign There are other mod blocks like that.

@Sm0rrebr0d I have the had the same problem. It was rather interesting figureing out why all my autodoors wouldn't open... I would much rather have these default to a 3-5 second default instead of INFINITE RUNNING.. Even never for off would be better for a default the infinite. But I am loving this mod like crazy because of the built in timer function.

Could you please make a release that has no gamelogic component - thereby making it a simple programmable block? It's causing some memory issues. Love the mod, it's beautiful.

Good Mod and nice idea - problem on my DS at least: The timers reset to the "always" setting every restart on every programming block of this mod which makes it quite unusuable as it results in high lags when many of these are used

Umm.. Speaking of timer, now that I am using this mod regularly, is there a reason you have soo much between infinite and seconds on the timer slide? Just wondering, why there is only miliseconds and seconds..

@Yatta I also just tried it with the last SpaceEnginners update, and the timer slider is back :) Tell me if it still does not appear for you. If it doesn't try looking if it conflicts with another mod.

@icecold951 When that problem first started I tried to solve it but didn't find any solutions. It was probably caused by a change/bug on keen softwares side. So I was waiting for an update to see if that would fix it. I just tried it with the last update and it works for me. Can you try again and if it still does not work, try using it without other mods since there could be a conflict. Also, are you playing solo or on a server?

Wow, I am using these all the time now.

Ever since a good amount of the scripts have been made to work with their own built in timer, they no longer work properly with a timer block, as well as fail to autostart on world load.

Now with this mod, Those self running scripts seem to have no problem autostarting at world load with this.!

@Master Obelawe, yes, it should only prevent the timer to work but not the actual look of the block.
