Very detailed savegame. Only a few issues, you start with 0 sewage draining capacity. And the collection is missing about 300 assets, so most homes don't appear. Also

Map is very detailed though.

Requires DLC such as natural disasters and more as I found out. This has some cool things to check out to learn more about detailing.

800 custom assets, every map using different custom assets makes it impossible to play virtually any of them.
Every map has a different set of hundreds of custom assets. Not worth downloading them.

Some of the roads are missing, residential area on south-east corner is under-water. There is also electricity not connected throughout the city.

This game is not Tsunami friendly. Anytime I do a Tsunami and it hits the part, everything slows down, NOT THE GAME, but everything such as traffic just moves slow - like I just slowed time down VERY SLOW - no changes in CPU or Memory when this happens.

No mater what I try, every time i load the game the population drop immediately, and a fire start. All the mods are working with the save though.

The vast ammount of assets needed for it makes it run at about 15fps for me, and there doesn't seem to be a sewage treatment (perhaps a mod didn't properly initialise) but it's sooooooo cool :D

I downloaded this save and as soon as I loaded it a massive fire broke out in the southern portion of the map and is now sweeping the island! ROFL
