Extra hotkeys were a life-saver. Finally I have room to force bind my highest potions instead of the game deciding to consume low level stuff as I'm taking massive damage. Thanks :steamthumbsup:

Great modification, the only downside is that you can't set the skill bar so that it doesn't disappear when using the "Overhead Health bar for player and pet".

The mod works fine alone and with other mods enabled, last time I played TL2. Sad to see it doesn't work to some. Modding TL2 has a lot of limitations and I'm not surprised the game struggles using these type of mods, probaby adding (and not simply modifying) a ui layout on top of the vanilla layouts, were unexpected.

Hello, I was recomended to use this mod when I asked on the forum for HP bars on the minions or skill minions. Do you know if there is any way to add this on the mod?. I know is late and probably you are not upgradind the mod or playing the game but I wish the game had a way to track the hp on all my minions

i remember trying ESO with essentials compatibility and it did the same thing, im pretty sure it had to do with the synergies HP and mana numeral counters since i play in 4:3 aspect ratio and those get in the way even without ESO

I'll take your word for it. I guess, it is not advisable to load this mod with 2 giant mods. I did remember testing my UI mod with Synergies alone though and I did not encounter the auto closing of menus... Most likely the issue was essentials, that's why I have ESO with essentials compatibilty.

sadly that mod list was from a year ago and has changed since, but it really was just synergies, essentials, the vanilla font addon for essentials, the compatibility patch for the 2 and on top of all of that, this mod

couldnt make it work, synergies just overrides it, we need a patch that removes the UI changes in synergies

Maybe, but the real issue here is mod conflict. Make mine priority over Synergies and other mods foe best result.

Yo, im using this mod through UI+ESO and i cant open the overlay menu, no matter what i try it remains closed and its really bothersome to play in 4:3 with the HP and MP number indicators fucking with the lower part of the UI

Wow SilentWarior! Thanks for the efforts and good info!

I didn't get a chance to mod last week but I'll make sure this coming weekend to have some time into this.

The shift key bind, unfortunately I cannot fully recall how it works but I think, every not hidden keybinds are possible to be changed in the settings. In the current mod files I have right now, I don't seem to see a keybind for the hotbar switch.

A possible solution would be to assign a specific key for switching to 2nd hotbar. Or preemptively switch to the other/extended bottom HUD style, which as I remember, it doesn't get affected by the "Hold position" shift key.

SHIFT bind issues :
1. Are you able to remove the SHIFT bind to another key, reason is if you are playing a range character , sometimes, you want to 'HOLD POSITION' shift key to stay at where you are. This is the game default feature.
2. SHIFT is also toggling into 2nd hotbar which it should not be.

Edit : I changed your 'Hold position' to F11 key in GUTS and that resolved the 2 issues above.

Inside SettingsController , there is a widget MUSIC SLIDEBAR that the mod was trying to retain upon toggling , I was trying to remove it but somehow it refused. I am perplexed why retaining these widgets would cause music issues.

I did some process elimination and deleted only SettingsController in UILayoutStyleChanged and the music issue is gone. But the UI toggle no longer works.

This might help : I went into GUTS and deleted UILayoutStyleChanged node (at the 2nd last bottom) in ingamemenus/HUD.LAYOUT file.
The bg game music issue got resolved if that node is removed.
That node still important for the UI toggle though.

I think the files for overhead health bar are separate from the bottom HUD but the controls for overhead health bar could be linked in the bottom HUD layout. You can test this by overwriting my mod with another bottom HUD mod. If the overhead health bar is still functioning then I don't need to make a separate mod for it. I'll check this myself when I got time.

It turns out, I'm on bg music mute all this time due to, as I've told already, hardware constraints so I really didn't noticed it back then. But what I fount out is that it does make my bg music got cut off after a while then play again, although not stutter, it is indeed the UI mod seem to affect the resources for the game. It is a sad news.

While I'm testing this sound bug, I realized why there's no music mod? When I enter the town and get out to the field, the music plays one tune...it is weird I only noticed it now.

Funny, I'm using an integrated graphics card too in an old laptop, reason why my screenshots look pale and not polishly rendered. It could be a factor too why there could be bugs if my mods were played in-game, I highly depend on refined coding rather than actual testings due to hardware & time limitations.

Thanks, that's how I tested, only Hud Expanse and only UI both with new saves.

But thinking about it now, it could be a matter of weak hardware for the both of us, I'm playing with an integrated graphics card and a very weak one at that.

Thank you for informing me, I'll have to check it myself so that I can give you proper answer. But based on the files modified, as you have seen for yourself, the files had nothing to do with background music. Although you could be right to assume that the complicated and various features may be the culprit. That is if my UI mods were used alone in the mod load order and still cause stutter...

I can give you a feedback this coming weekend.

Hey Doudley, sorry to bother again and thanks for the update fixing the sound issues.

Someone reported to me on my modpack page that their music was stuttering and cutting abruptly and I completely missed that since I play with my own background music.

I managed to pinpoint the cause to Hud Expanse, and the same problems seems to occur with your mod pack as well, UI.
Is this something that can be fixed or a side effect of all the things Hud Expanse can do?

- Included again the Charge Bar Fixes by JLCat that for some reason got removed from the previous update, small adjustment too on their vertical positioning to make it more centered.

For LurkeHUD settings, find the tiny box-like button [?] at the lowest-left corner of the screen, it has a question mark symbol.

For Auto Consume settings, press the keyboard key combination of "CTRL" and "A".

To switch from bottom HUD view into overhead view, press the keyboard key "H".

To quick peek on fame bar and alternative quick bar, press and hold the keyboard key "SHIFT" (Hold Position hotkey)

To change Hotkeys, go to Keyboard Settings in Options.

NOTE: Looking at the screen captures would also help in understanding this matter.

Nvmind bro. Fixed the problem. First, I noticed that you can click a button near the quickbar to change the ui. However, the ui still reverts back to the original one after talking to an npc. So, I then uncheck the Center UI Globe settings again, save, and then quit to the main menu without talking to any npc. When I resume the game again and talked to an npc, the Center UI Globe remains uncheck. :) Thanks again bro for this great mod :D

Hi bro, great mod. I freaking love the additional 10 quick bars. However, there seems to be a problem where everytime I speak to an npc, the ui will always automatically reverts back to the normal one. What I'm referring to is the Center UI Globe thing. The game always automatically checks the Center UI Globe and I will always have to uncheck it everytime I talk to an npc. Please help and thanks bro for this great mod.

Thanks for fast reply, I hate how the pets get their asses handed so easily on elite. They should be able to have idk 4 enchants like normal stuff and at least 2 sockets just like the rings/amulets but I guess having more won't break the balance since they are already very weak and only good as extra space once you level your own char.

Two ways. One is by holding down the "Hold Position" hotkey by default it is "Shift" key in your keyboard. Two is by unchecking Center UI Globe setting of your bottom HUD layout.

- Quick Bar Keys' texts can now be toggled to be hidden (See Overlay Options)
- Fame Levels are now fixed and can reach the highest title - Credit goes to Unearthed Arcana by DeeZire
- Experience bar and Fame bar will now automatically be hidden if maxed level for each have been reached - Credit goes to Aherin for the idea
