In nuka-cola the word "cola" is almost identical to coke's version.
There are tons of products for sale like shirts in walmart and target that say "Enjoy California" written in the exact same style, colors, and font as "Coca-cola" or "Enjoy Coke" but since they do not directly use the company name, they are not trademarked nor copyrighted.
