@Sparktite Last Updated 2018 or newer should be functional

Hey doc, do you or anyone here know which planets of yours are currently working, and which are bugged? Having to manually sift through each of your numerous planets is starting to get painful :P

i think that this planet was used in captain jacks machinma called "Colony LOST" on Ep #69 - #72

ok
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 6 Nov, 2019 @ 4:54pm
@Azure Night Owl The way this planet used the script it is not fixable as this planet used a part of the script that no longer works do to modapi changes
Azure Night Owl 6 Nov, 2019 @ 1:15pm
Just checked the planet out, and seems like there is no damage at all on the planet when its day or night. by any chance are you gonna try to fix it? or is it a lost cause?
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 5 Nov, 2019 @ 9:00pm
@Azure Night Owl Sadly the damage script nolonger works as intended - I believe it is currently off on this planet but not sure
Azure Night Owl 5 Nov, 2019 @ 10:23am
Does this planet still do damage do ya? or does that not work anymore?

Me and my friend have been trying to find those uranium veins that were mentioned for about 2 weeks, and all we have found are rocks with uranium and other ores in them. We haven't found any subterranean ore deposits of any sort since we landed, and I am wondering if they are still there. I know that someone else posted a similar question, but we have a mobile base with scout ships with their ore detectors on the highest setting.

@DoktorDoraro Its on a long list
DoktorKrove 24 Mar, 2019 @ 5:50pm
Are you going to update the planet to work with windmills?
Foxtrot Unit 22 Dec, 2018 @ 4:40am
I don't seem to be getting hurt while on the surface walking around in my suit. I'm definitely in survival and not invulnurable via SpaceMaster, I only get hurt when I open my visor (and that's probably from lack of oxygen). Playing singleplayer. I'm not using any mods (besides StarWarsWeapons), not any suit-related mods...

Also, sidenote: Do you get injured while sitting on a chair (not cockpit, just an exposed passenger seat) ? If not, you probably should...
Fenrir 5 Dec, 2018 @ 2:08am
I'll keep that in mind, thanks :)
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 4 Dec, 2018 @ 8:41pm
@Fenrir Unless I specify otherwise assume its the same as vanilla planets
Fenrir 3 Dec, 2018 @ 9:44pm
Is there any Ice, Silicon, Silver, Gold or Magnesium on Yumarin?
HeremitDevil 25 Jun, 2018 @ 1:03pm
Thank you very much!
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 25 Jun, 2018 @ 12:21pm
@HeremitDevil Delete the mods local .sbm file and let steam redownload.
HeremitDevil 25 Jun, 2018 @ 11:07am
Hi Doc, I've been downloading and enjoying a good deal of your planets so far, great work man! I did, however, have a very bizarre issue with Yumarin after i spawned it: for some reason, instead of normal geography, what i got was a completely flat planet with not even a tiny bump on its surface, just plains and plains everywhere you look. Any ideas on what caused this and how to solve it? I'd like to keep Yumarin in my planet portfolio, but a toxic flat wasteland is not the bestest place to explore and roleplay around.
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 8 Feb, 2018 @ 7:09am
@Cpt. Rogers Its a Keen Issue
Cpt. Rogers 8 Feb, 2018 @ 5:36am
is there any fix?
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 8 Feb, 2018 @ 4:08am
@Cpt. Rogers Thats nothing to do with the planet, its a voxel rendering problem - happens to vanilla planets alot (its were the voxels are stuck in an LOD state).
Cpt. Rogers 7 Feb, 2018 @ 11:45am
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1294423390 Here's also a second picture it seems to be a issue in that the terrain is not as it seems and not invisable walls or terrain spawning above the actual terrain.
Cpt. Rogers 7 Feb, 2018 @ 11:42am
I encountered a bug where I could not see the terrain of the planet and had a collision in this pic, I was using modular thrusters and energy shields but I don't think that would affect the planet's terrain is this a bug from the new update?

tahts good to know thanks, i guess we need to travel down to teh valley then. we ve landed on a mountain side. I woudl actually love to show oyu.
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 1 Dec, 2017 @ 12:51am
@Jasper Well for one...... I hate dark spots with a passion which is why you won't find any on my planets as they make it FAR too easy. The ore depth and placement is pretty much no different from vanilla and you can expect simular kinds of resources.
Pawprint 30 Nov, 2017 @ 1:04pm
Me and a friend of mine started a survival on Yumarin today. It was hard but we managed to get a little pressurized room set up. Now we started looking for ore but we seem to not be able to find any. The surfaces shows no dark spots so far. We heard that Yumarin ores would be deep underground. How deep underground are they?

Living of meteorite craters is not feasible as they only seem to drop Iron and Silver.

The world was created using the Scarce ressources mod.

Now the questions I have are: how deep do we need to go to find ores? What ores are there on the planet? Is there Ice?
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 21 Sep, 2017 @ 9:57am
@The Outer God The way it checks is by seeing if the room you are in is airtight.
The Outer God 20 Sep, 2017 @ 10:52pm
Its not like rain, I understand that, but how can atmosphere hurt you in places where there is no atmosphere at all?
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 20 Sep, 2017 @ 7:25pm
@The Outer God Its not like rain, it will affect you everywhere and anywhere you are if you are not inside a pressurizable environment.
The Outer God 20 Sep, 2017 @ 1:07pm
Perhaps probable bug (or just game limitation), but when i tried to dig under ground, where actually was no atmosphere i still took damage. And i mad sure, that the place has no oxygn before i started to dig in, so i could actualyl make my safe underground base. Does the effect expires if i presurized the whole place?
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 26 Jul, 2017 @ 8:09pm
@Muted Thats because Oster is not a planet, its a moon. It would show only in the description of the planet it belongs to and not as a seperate mod.
Stollie 26 Jul, 2017 @ 6:09pm
Eh my mistake, I'm on a MOON called 'Oster' which I thought was Yumarin, haha, it doesnt appear to be in the list of planet names though for Novana System mod which is why I got confused :P
Stollie 26 Jul, 2017 @ 1:29pm
Hey Doctor, I'm using your Novana system in a Single Player Scenario I'm making, however, I've run into a problem it appears that Yumarin is eating through the Stations and Ships I've placed on it.

I've just landed the players 'mothership' there while writing this and noticed its being eaten away at as well! Lol

Can you check the planets settings as I don't think you intended this? I'm using the Novana System ModPack
tommorox2345 6 Jul, 2017 @ 8:09pm
Thanks
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 6 Jul, 2017 @ 5:08pm
@tommorox2345 Yes I do: Urna
tommorox2345 6 Jul, 2017 @ 4:12pm
do you have a planet like this one that damages ships too
Doctor Octoganapus  [author] 28 Apr, 2017 @ 9:01pm
@Darian Stephens You are correct, as long as you are in a pressurized environment you will be completely safe.
Darian Stephens 28 Apr, 2017 @ 8:58pm
I guess that atmosphere means players will be safe inside pressurized ships? If so, then that is so dang awesome, since you'd need proper docks if you want to switch between vehicles! It would also mean you'd need a ship to place blocks with, which would also lead to really great gameplay! Finally, you'd actually RELY on your machines!
buder28 28 Apr, 2017 @ 1:41pm
seem fun but would like a suit that is resistant to the corosion not a full protection just extend the time xD as a sepratae mod maybe ? xD just my though
Wyv3rn 27 Apr, 2017 @ 12:31pm
A sense of Lethality to planets is very cool indeed.
Ludwichs 27 Apr, 2017 @ 3:58am
Now that's pretty fucking cool. Opens up the possibility to create planets that are too hot/cold for engineers. I always wanted something like this. Great work, as always!
