All 21:9 wallpapers should downscale on 1080p monitors (although you will get black bars above and below most likely, otherwise image will be squashed) providing you have proper codecs installed and are not running Win7 (I believe WE & Win7 seems to have big problems downscaling video higher than native resolution, even with proper codec installed). All my wallpapers work properly, if they are blank or if an error occurs then check with what I just mentioned above.
