I actually like how Ed made it into another medical condition. It's kind of fitting, although "blood tears" is a pretty common effect in general in this game.

Oh, I found a bug yesterday.When I use the Lilith and I pick up this item, the incubus can't shot the tear.I think it need fixxing qucikly.My English is not good and hope you can understand my meaning:)

Congrats! I downlanded it few mouth ago and hope it could be taked in the game! Now I'm so happy to see it be an offical item! Your idea is so cool! I also like the rain cloud and the rain shoe!!!

Crickets Body doesn't work with brimstone and this also has a more Monstro's Lung type of scatter. This would also synergize with Crickets Body to make even more scatter tears.

Does it create just tears or will it create bombs if you have dr.fetus, because if it can then:
Water ballon + dr.fetus+scatter bombs+sad bombs+brmstone = OH GOD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?!?!?!
