Currently we only get a still frame to judge the wallpaper from. I don't understand why sometimes Steam lets us view these in video form and other times just as still images.

@Bonnie: Sorry, not sure what you mean. I am presuming you mean you would like me to upload a video of the above wallpaper and link it here? If so, that would require even more time and I already spend much of my spare time making and sharing these wallpapers, plus I don't see the point of that, the wallpaper itself is already a video playing on your desktop space once you subscribe to it. If you just want the video format, easiest way is to get the raw file directly from where it stores your subscribed wallpapers, check wallpaper faq to find the right location.
