I have been playing around with the challenge system all day, and the only code that didn't work so far has been asw_marine_skill, but if I manually use it, it works perfectly fine. Am I doing something wrong?

You should be able to set cheat cvars in the challenge txt file.

Hey Dmitriy, I have a question involving challenges.

How do I get something to work that is considered a "cheat"? For example, I am trying to make a custom skill point challenge, but the "asw_marine_skill" cvar is not working because it is considered a cheat. Is there any way that I could fix this? I really want to be able to make a custom skill point challenge that lets the players start with a specific amount of spendable skill points.
