Theres a few sites you can download the source for CSS and HL2 Ep 1 and 2, but a lot of them are riddled with malware, I found one site thats free of malware that does have all three and TF2 source, and I downloaded CS:S from it (not the game, but the source files), but I'd need to find the website again.

bignate thats because you dont have the textures for parts of the map

the floor is gone and the side walks are purple same with some buildings
