I love this buiilding - Simcity 2000 was my intro to city builders. But whenever I place this, even in my wealthiest densest neighbourhoods, it says low land value and everyone soon moves out. I can't actually make use of it :(

This building is from Simcity 2000, the original design is the pixel version (right). My version of it is on the left.
