Hahahah! Actually, this was PRE the "subs" counting as sales. But they ARE still rare when compared to a lot of boots (especially any in the last two years).

The who what now? I don't make the prices for these. Facepunch does, then, when they sell out, the market dictates the price. I don't get any money from market sales.
