@Dax it's not quite an analogue of the Russian henchman. It's just an ordinary Colombian, who was sent on a mission to warn a businessman.

A Colombian counterpart of Russian henchman? That's interesting... Although there's already one in game that gets killed after completing Takeover (dude with two dogs and orange sunglasses).
