ok, i got it. you have to extract file using a GMAD.exe (its located in garrysmod -> bin directory, but first you have to fix a *_legacy.bin file

1.Extract bin file with 7-zip
2.Add the extension .gma to the extracted file's name
3.There you have your gma file to extract with gmad

and then you'll have a extracted directory with a 2 directories,
-lua
-sound

enter sound, and there you have a roar.mp3 file. to make it quieter you have to replace this file with something else. (im pretty sure that it must be properly converted otherwise it won't work)

and voila, now you have to upload this file to steam workshop xd

Its not supported since 2017 xD tbh i don't remember how to edit this addon, but i think that it is possible to extract lua files from this and edit it by yourself
