i found it on RICO but looks like a office building...i will try it again tonight because the downtown area need this building :P thanks for your work :)

@citiesskylineshasstoppedworking I actually am not sure, though I based it on one of the vanilla government unique buildings... Do you have the Find it mod to search? Otherwise I have uploaded a RICO office version of this as well

@KingLeno haha yep the floor height is something I figured out after this building. Ideally I would go back and update..

it actually fits with this building, but if you don't want the gold lines through the window, change the "first level height" in the material settings in the asset editor to like 20. it doesn't affect anything else.
