Machine Empires are not supported for the moment.

another suggestion is to nerf the EmpireUnrest of the Social Service building. With 20 Planet i am easily ale to get -100 unrest.
You made a really nice mod.
One Suggestion - I noticed you removed the Empire Capital restriction.
Maybe you should reduce the influence gain on max level for balancing and renaming of the Building.
Is it possible that you give as requirement for a building two different with an OR requirement?
If yeah maybe you could add an weaker one for non Capital Planets :)
