your directions to fixing the invisible head are pretty bad.. I would suggest adding more steps and making each step more detailed so that people who dont know how to navigate game files can figure it out.

That was the problem, I had the wrong version. This one didn't specify that it's only for vanilla. No link to the WotC one either, have to dig through the workshop.

Also make sure you're not subscribed to the WOTC version. ONLY use vanilla if running vanilla game, only use wotc if running wotc game. I suggest unsubscribing, as simply disabling doesn't seem to be enough sometimes. Clear config folder as well, to re-generate.

ive looked and I looked but I cant get an invisible head for my geth and its really upsetting because I cant fix it and I dont know what Im doing wrong

I think that is my problem. I"m not seeing a folder for the Legion mod. i went to steam/steamapps/workshop/content/241100, but none of the folders/files in that folder have anything to do with Legion at all, all of the files seem to be controller files.

I checked also in documents/mygames/xcom2/xcomgame/config/xcom2content.ini, but I'm assuming that only shows the content info for the base game itself.

I guess i'm wondering where the Legion mod folder would download to a PC, because for me it doesn't seem to be showing up anywhere

I don't think I understood correctly. Did you open the file XComContent.ini, inside the Legion Mod Config folder?

Question: I'm having a bit of trouble trying to find the Invisible head for your fantastic Geth mod. I am in c:/program files x86/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/241100 (only folder i have in the content folder)/random numbered folders. I've checked each folder and each file, and none of them include a ";" in any of the files. All of the parts are there, but I'm not seeing where to find the invisible head. Any suggestions?

yes, all vanilla xcom2 cosmetic mods work with Long War 2. Caution: WOTC cosmetic mods DO NOT WORK, and will bug, glitch, crash and ruin your game.

Early warning announcement here. War of the Chosen is being launched with a new shader system, as some of you have no doubt noticed with the propaganda center demo, and any customization mod that wants to be compatible with it will need to be updated with the new shader. according to what i've been told, it's a fairly quick fix, but it is necessary for it to work with the expansion. spread the word!

@DGS that's strange. If you followed the instructions, they should be appearing. Might be dumb, but, the invisible heads appear under FACE, once you have selected the RACE to 0 (caucasian).

@truytske, what I mean is, all parts of one character are here, thus, making a set. For instance, the fully animated Legion set is composed of: Legion Legs, Legion Torso, Legion Left Arm, Legion Right Arm, and Legion Head (found under props-helmets). There isn't one thing, but a set of many. The same applies to all other Geth units. :)
