Now that I'm looking closer I see that there's actually almost no green visible from the player view. It's a lot of blue.

Some heroes can get away with big color palette changes because their silhouette is so distinct from every other hero in the game, like Nyx. Necrophos shares a similar silhouette with a lot of heroes, though, so color is more important. I think you need to seriously reconsider the colors on this one.

I feel there's not enough of Necrophos's particular shade of green. Most of his normal color pallette is various shades of a sickly green color. The large blotch of purple with the back item throws that off a lot, and I think could make him difficult to identify in the midst of a battle.
