The design looks nice but a unreal because it lacks a tank with gas (or whatever the thing runs on). Perhaps shrink it and make it a Flare Gun as Maxibillion1 suggested?

First I was like "It's a neat concept, but too big for a sidearm" then I saw the flame and it won me over for creativity.

Thats won big-mean mother hubbard of a flamethrower/musket.

my idea for this weapon is:
+25% Faster weapon swich
-50% Airblast cost (so the airblast cost only 10 ammo)
-50% Ammo

Shoots blasts of flaming shrapnel instead of just fire. That'll sort out your undead problem real quick.

That's terrible. Literally people would just shoot it once, then switch to flamethrower. Also it is not a shotgun, clearly intended as a flamethrower.
