Really nice texture work ! I'll have to agree with Slick Gamble. This asset shouldn't be generating pollution as a warehouse. I'd love to use it as a RICO, except for the pollution.

Well it doesn't really make sense this creates pollution - it's a rusty warehouse, not a factory. I'd prefer to see pollution at zero. The rusty buildings look fantastic and I really appreciate you sharing them. Makes the rundown old industrial look look so real. :steamhappy:
