I had this in my old game. But after not playing for months, all the updates broke my city of several years. And this gem went with it. Was the best hub I have found. Sad is no longer works. The underground aspect of it saved a ton of topside realestate space.

Hey, I know this is deprecated, but I just discovered this and I think this might still work if you don’t need all of the functionality. I intend to use this as an international high-speed rail terminal in my city, and I don’t think I will need anything other than the core and train modules. As for the NExt dependencies, that can be worked around by using RON and cylis’s NExt’s replacement roads, I guess.

Hopefully someone else will take it up to maintain this for the future (unfortunately I don’t have that kind of experience or skill to do so), but for now this can still be used if you know what you are getting into.

It's really a shame that this asset will no longer get updated because of whatever's happened with the bus module (which was always hard to get running)

But if it helps, I'm using this in my latest city and actually got some bus stops on the road, not a clue how, but it may have something to do with setting your tunnels in as one road, waiting for vehicles to spawn on the line that runs through, then adding the stop by dragging the lines down the platform until they acknowledge them.

A monorail is fine, but If you do a monorail, please let it be an optional platform. I never use monorails but I still want to use this hub without them...

@Mr. Busenholz - I had the same problem, but managed to get rid of it by deleting the part of the station that was spawning the trains and replacing it with a copy (using Move It!) of it's neighbour (I had four tracks, only one was spawning non-stop).

State of ULTRAHUB - October, 2019

I loaded up the station last night to see if all modules are functional. I tested wave variant with bus, train and tram modules. While tram and trains are functional, I can confirm that bus modules are no longer functioning. I cant think any particular reason for it as Network extensions, stop enable mods were active, so it must be a core game update that broke 'underground' line assignment or bus networks themselves got an update.

Aside this I did not notice anything weird. I am not planning to update bus module as this collection is rather old and require a complete rework in my book. Which I currently dont have time to undertake such massive workload.

As for other comments:

1. It requires a road connection or inside a park zone with park path, just like any building nothing special here. Park area is added indeed after parklife update but you dont have to place in a park. Place it like any station next to the road.
2. Train modules will spawn intercity trains unless you disable regional spawning. There is no other fix or solution.
3. I don't use MOM so I can't guarantee anything on that front.

@REV0 - Hi, First great transport hub. since i have parklife i get the error that module must be near road or inside a park, so i needed to zone a park and add a main gate for the module to snap. Second I have some roads with actual rendered tunnel, I tried using toucj this and update the tunnel roads but i still see that the module edge is covering the tunnel entrance, can you fix that? Thanks again.

For me, metro station doesn't work (exactly, pedestrian don't use metro station and walk for the next nearest station)

I was trying to connect my metro lines to the Ultrahub, but it seems if the nearest metro station is seperated by more than around 55 unit, no metros will spawn.

Congrats on the job! This hub is perfect! But I'm not able to put a bus stop, the buses go in, that is, the connection is functional, I just can't put a bus stop :(

Train modules keep spawning Intercity trains in a ridiculously frequent rate for me, even after disabling Intercity trains for the modules and the main building

For some reason, the main building isn't showing up in my city. All the other modules do show up. I'm using Findit mod and searching for "ultra" and "hub" and I also checked my loadingscreenmod assets list.

I love this! But my cims only enter from the front of the building... which makes the beautiful steps around the parameter look empty. Is this a bug?

after a little bit of testing, reloading a few times and rearranging some junctions at one side of the Module it worked again. Interesting is, that the path couldnt go outside the other side before. Dont know if that was the whole problem, ill investigate it further

any idea why stop selection could be buggy? Have "path not found issue" for the train modules. Tracks are corrected and even lines are possible for the first stop, but im not able to close the line.
Also one module was not selctable, only after rebuilding two modules, but now after restart it doesnt work again.

I use "IPT2" (Improved Public Transport 2). This has not happend before, neither in this game, nor with the station I replaced with yours. Very interesting. I`ll play around with this a bit, we`ll see. Thank you very much for replying that quickly, though!

it's a train station without anything special, so it should not have meddled with any spawning modification. Do you have any mods installed that can modify passenger AI or traffic ?

I do have a weired infinite spawning of outbound (INTERcity) trains. Once one train leaves immediately a new one spawns. This is clogging up my whole intercity system. Did anywone experience something similar and knows how to fix this?

Could be terrain or camera angle ? Are you sure you connected roads and there is a access ? Also thanks for confiming that all modules are still functional, in a a way

Hi again! Thought I'd follow up. For whatever reason, in the same city, with the same mods, with the buildings in the same order, I can place a new (and second) Ultrahub main, and all 6 sub buildings, connect them, and make routes through them. But for whatever reason when I try to work the first, I consistently can not make any transit routes in the bduilings. I don't know what to think except that I'm taking crazy pills!

Hi REV0, thanks for this series. I love to make the Ultrahub a central feature in my cities since it so efficiently unites transportation and is such a beautiful building!

Currently, after placing the buildings and connecting their appropriate road and rail tunnels, I'm having an issue placing bus, train and tram stops within the buildings, both open and roof. I can make a bus route through the hub, but can not place a stop. I can not start the bus line in the building, and I can not drag-move the stop from outside in. This is true of all 6 buildings. I have tried all extreme angles to see if there was a hole I could "clip through" but to no avail.

It makes me wonder if maybe a roof asset or texture used has somehow become unavailable, and it used to be transparent or non-physical, which is what permitted the line to snap to the building super easy before.

Anyways, I appreciate any insight you have!

Sub to advanced building editor mod, then select "load with props" when selecting an asset to load in the editor. If it doesnt show up in the editor, it's likely you are missing the etst mod while loading the editor (no workshop enabled ?). search my name or ''hub''

I have no plans to update this asset as I have no time to allocate it to do it properly.

Also it was good change to see someone actually managed to plop and use it just fine, thanks for the feedback.

Love the collection. For those having issues placing, you just need to have patience. This is my third city using it and neither has has been easy to place but i got them in there.

I know there are already subway tracks attached to the main building, but I was wondering if you would be willing to make a MOM capatible metro track for this? I attempted to change the train track to metro in the editor, but the asset wouldnt even show up. :(

doesn't work on my computer, after placing down the main structure, cannot place rest of the module. game indicates that area is already occupied, despite the fact that there is nothing next to the main structure. i also tried it on a empty parcel, after building new roads and successfully placed the main building, i still cannot place the rest of the module.

Aside being careful, no. I already made a video how tracks should be plopped, other than that I can't help any further. Game is not made to handle underground-esque bus and tram stations to begin with.

I can't seem to place stops in any of the modules. Lines can run through it though. I had metro overhaul installed, so I decided to disabled it along with other mods but still no effect. There are tunnel ends showing in the middle of the modules as well. Any known fixes for this?
