Bottom line, Lilith is fine but charge is still weird with backpack.
As for balancing, not sure that it is necessary, but I have an idea how to make the item less OP without making it boring. It should have 1 or 2 room charge, but still instantly recharge if you kill an enemy with it. Would make it an "easy to learn, hard to master" item. Maybe it will even be officially added after a bit of balancing.
It doesn't instantly kill bosses though, does it?
