Ugh I'm sorry! Back then (2017 when this was made) for special highways it was either a mod that I and users had already had problems with, or the new Mass Transit, so I picked MT. :winter2019sadsnowman:
Now, some special highways are included in the base game, of course

Damn I wish mass transit wasnt required, all the highways disappeared, but cool map otherwise!

Definitely not something you should hate to ask me :) I didn't make a non dlc version of this one, but I often do. I'm not sure I will have time to do so. I've got a lot of things on my plate.
There is a similar map I made without DLC. Marco Island has a little bit more land than this, but lots of bayou areas. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=650653612

I really hate to ask this but is there a non-DLC version of this map out there?

Hi Kiahrex. It's not possible for a map to make the game crash, however mods that are old or that conflict is most often the cause of crashes. Are you using the new mod Hide It? If yes, then it's possible that Hide It and No Radioactive Desert and More mod are in conflict because they do some of the same things.
Unsubscribe from No Radioactive Desert and More if this is the case. It's not required for this map to work, so I'll remove it from the required items on this page.

There are so many other possible causes of crashes, probably the most common is having too many assets & mods for your computer to run the game. Use Loading Screen Mod to check if this is the case. It's a great mod to have for figuring out these kinds of problems :)
Hope that helps you!

Wish I could play it, crashes for me

I'm enjoying building this map immensely. Lots of easy parts and plenty of tricky parts. Absolutely delightful thank you MM.

Funny you should say that Feare, I just talked about Florida Gulf Coast maps I've done.. or maybe you saw the comment over at Vanilla Coast. There are two other recent maps of mine you can choose from that you might be interested in, both real places. Tarpon Springs has even more attention to the native trees.

Great map !

No problem Pperson25! Unless it's a special project, I don't want to push a mod onto anyone - let you all choose. No Radioactive mod to keep the extreme flat shoreline trees displaying correctly is one of those special exceptions :)

can you tell me the name of the mod?
Pperson25 19 May, 2017 @ 2:23pm
Wow you put a lot of effort into this. I like how you really prioritized having a realistic inferstructure and geography, without having too many intrusive mods be required. Thank you.
MrMiyagi  [author] 19 May, 2017 @ 8:32am
Thanks guys :) @Leonardo, there are two ways. The best way to do this is with the mod Move It! which alllows you to correct a lot of things. Without a mod, it is a bit more work, but you can still do it. I'd probably need to make a video tutorial, this isn't easy in writing

This is fantastic! Thanks.
