lighting is probably dark in one area due to having too many lights on in the cell.

Reguarding the walls I see darker on 1st floor: Went back for another look. Strangely not as dark on my laptop screen but twice as dark on my tv for some reason. Still it seems darker. Put up a couple of screen shots. One with my normal brightness setting and one all the way up.

Either way no bigi. Looking forward to seeing what else you do with the island.

Could it be some sorta mod conflict making the wall black in my game? I have no idea why its black, but it is.
Thanks forr telling me my furniture wont catch fire. But I still think the bedroom could use a couple of chairs not just beds. If I leave npc's there I want them to be able to sandbox a little.

how is the back wall black? the colors are the same in Dawnguard. And why don't the benches work? They are stock items in the Creation Kit. The fireplaces have screens, wood furniture doesn't catch on fire (realism in Skyrim isn't that correct). There is an option to turn on the furnace of one fireplace using logs from the log pile on 1st level of Castle.

As a student of feng shui I can tell you the castle is 77% good luck... also very breezy. But whats the school district like? I have to think of resale value.
Seriously though, maybe don't put wood furniture in front of the fireplace of the 1st floor bedroom. Put a couple of chairs facing it so I can sandbox with my npc's.
Also the back wall of 1st floor is black (near the cabbage planter).
I like the idea of the izakaya. But theres no sake or tori yaki. Also the benches don't work.
P.S.
Could you add a teleport ring? With the one from blind cliff and one for here I'd never have to go outside again!
