Almost reminds me of Contra! :D

This was intended to be a three item set, but the issue was that the jumpsuit exceeded the polycount when we tried to make it all one item.
That being said, because this is a four item set, it's really up to Valve for what they wish to add; They could just add the two pieces that make up the whole jumpsuit, while leaving the remaining two unreleased.

Also, there's been a fair amount of four item sets that've been added to the game, say for leaving a few items unclaimed: The spacesuit set for the pyro featured a fourth item, only to not add it during the Invasion update, and the fat engineer set featured the ponytail that would be added as a seperate item during the Love and War update

This won't work because you can only wear three cosmetics at once.
